I think if you click on the up to 50% winter favorites part in the bottom righthand corner of the main page, then an 11 page list of the winter favorites that the extra 25% off is valid on will come up.

Thank you, that's exactly what I was trying to figure out besides dumping everything into the bag and trying to sort!

i called too because my confirmation email wasn't showing the rewards card total. the cs guy said that as long as you saw it when you placed your order it wouldn't charge your card....blah blah blah..something about the cards just being "temporary" and they wont show up on the confirmation email. sounded like crap to me but i'll watch my cc account so i dont' get charged.

Even my confirmation email showed more being charged on my card than the correct amount. I will wait till they ship my order. Then I will check the charges on my credit card.

 

In my opinion, their system is totally incorrect. Such a big company and they cant even do such a big thing correct, that is send correct confirmation email.
