They sure do. Not everyone is a "power user" and requires a lot of CPU horsepower.

 

Personally if I were in the market for a new laptop intended for basic internet browsing, word processing, burning CD's and watching DVD's - this would fit that perfectly.

 

Of course if you can afford it I always recommend a laptop with a Pentium-M or AMD Turion processor.
