woobie Posted November 25, 2009 Share Posted November 25, 2009 Here are my thoughts (not sure all assumptions are correct, but based on what I've "heard" & read): - I like the Kodak name better. - The Kodak has an optical zoom vs digital on the vivtar (optical is better picture quality) - Kodak has 12 megapixles vs 10 - Kodak requires 2 AA (I think) vs 3 AAA batteries (not sure this is a big deal) - not sure the vivitar has video?
