Crue2001
If your vehicle has the little Aux hole on your dash, this is all you need. http://www.buy.com/prod/cables-to-go-pc-99-stereo-audio-cable-1-x-mini-phone-male-1-x-mini/q/loc/111/202367436.htmlhttp://ak.buy.com/db_assets/prod_images/436/202367436.jpg We have an '07 CRV and the Aux hole is up near the radio under a little hatch/door. Plug one end of this cable into the Aux and one end into the bottom of the Ipod and you're all set. You manage everything from the Ipod (volume, songs, etc)

jdragr
My Yukon XL has the built in but my daughter's Altima doesn't. So she needs more than the cable. Just didn't know how to search for one.
dreakgirl
If your car does not have the aux input, you can get a FM transmitter for your Ipod. The FM transmitter plugs into the bottom of the Ipod and transmits the music over an FM frequency. You then set your radio to the same frequency to play it over your car's speakers. If you buy one of these, make sure it works with the Ipod Touch. Its it just says Ipod, it won't work. The best part about the FM transmitter is that its wireless.
