nurseconnie3 Posted November 20, 2009 Posted November 20, 2009 I saw quite a bit on the BF ad at Walmart, but I have heard that because of all the problems they have had on BF that they will be doing things wierd this year. Like letting you stand in front of your wanted items and handing them out one to each person. Not only do I love the chaos, but by the time I get one item i will have to wait in a long line for a different one, and so on. They will probably sell out of most things before I even get to them.I am usually there at least 4 hours early, but still... How well do you think that would work , and has anyone else heard about this? I am in Idaho.

jeff7602 Posted November 20, 2009 Posted November 20, 2009 I think the way they are doing things is a bummer for people that want more than one thing. But from their standpoint, it's the best thing. They will get tons of people in the doors by having a great ad, they (hopefully) will avoid the chaos, and they will still completely sell out of everything that is in high demand. In fact it wouldn't surprise me if they actually do more sales because people that brought money for 2 or 3 doorbusters will only get 1, and will have the extra money burning a whole in their pocket. It stinks for us, but is good for them.
