Shamonica38663 Posted November 19, 2009 Posted November 19, 2009 What is the difference between a doorbuster and a non-doorbuster? Also what is difference as far as the time you have to get to the store?
freesia39 Posted November 19, 2009 Posted November 19, 2009 A doorbuster is usually an item that is ridiculously low priced to get you in the door and is only offered during limited hours. The quantity is also usually very limited. A non doorbuster item can also be a great price, but usually not as low as a doorbuster priced item. These items are generally available all day or all weekend, while supplies last. The time totally depends on your store, how it's set up, and the item you want.
Shamonica38663 Posted November 19, 2009 Author Posted November 19, 2009 I want to get the 8GB Ipod touch from walmart. I don't believe that it is a doorbuster. I just wanted to know what time i should go to my walmart for that type of item?
wx4svr Posted November 19, 2009 Posted November 19, 2009 The doorbusters are the ones that we usually fight over. :) They are the ones that can sometimes get people killed.
chilimak Posted November 25, 2009 Posted November 25, 2009 I agree, it all depends on the store. I know my local wal mart usually has stuff that was doorbusters still at the sale price later in the day, or even days later if they still have it. Usually its toys mostly.
