rabx5 Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 Does it have to be sony? Amazon has refurbed Kindles for $149 with warrenty. I have heard better reviews with the Kindle. What I am reading is it is more compatable with book stores. I will keep an eye out for e-reader deals :)
KoopawnKode Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 I like the kindle but I don't like that it doesn't have native pdf support. If you're looking specifically for the Sony, Toys R Us has it for $199 with a free $15 Sony Connect Card (look in the Big Toy Book for the details) My preference (when I save some $ to get it) would be the Barnes and Noble Nook
lelee24 Posted November 7, 2009 Posted November 7, 2009 I have a Sony and love it but then I don't care about the highlighting, note taking, underlining feature of the Kindle. It does let you download wirelessly however and the Sony does not. You can get the Sony at BooksAMillion. Get a membership/rewards card first and then use your % off to get a discount on the reader.
