nco4242
Wal-Mart Target.com and Amazon.com are locked in battle on upcoming Holiday Best Sellers. Prices are dropping like rocks as each one lowers their prices. Currently 8.97 at Wal-Mart is the lowest for S. Kings, John Grisham, Dean Knooz and Sara Palins plus other new books. Sears will give you a $10 credit card with proof of purchase from any of above sellers so you could end up getting books for free and making a buck or so on the side. miller205
I am confused on the Sears deal. They will give you a $10 gc for buying a book from another store? Do you have a link for this deal?
speeddiva
It's not a $10 GC, Sears will give you a $9 off $45 coupon. http://www.sears.com/shc/s/dap_10153_12605_DAP_Keep+America+Reading?adCell=W2

Braque
Is this bad for the book publishing industry? I say absolutely not. I'll be purchasing and reading at least four books that I otherwise would not have thought about twice. In the process, I will be exposed to authors who I haven't read and if I like their new books, I may want to go back into their catalog of fiction. Thanks for the heads up! Hooray for book wars!
