You can use them in store then online, in that order. Be sure to write down the code before you use it, though.

That's weird. I went to the customer service dept in nov and told them I would like to look around to see if I wanted to join and they let me. If you asked at the door I would just enter the exit door and go straight to the CS desk. Worth a try I guess. :)
