They certainly won't do it beforehand or after the sale ends. Still your chances of a price adjustment are slim. If I were you, I'd hang on to them until the 50% offer comes up and rebuy them and return the ones you bought at the higher price. All you are out is return shipping. And by hanging onto them, you are assured that you have them just in case you aren't able to get 2 at 50% off. They limit lightning deals to 1 per person so if you need 2 of an item, then make sure you are logged in twice. Meaning, if we need 2 of something then my husband is logged into his account and I'm on mine. We both hit add to cart as soon as it goes live and then we are each able to get 1.

Great! Thank you so, so much! No, all of our stores went 90% off the same day. I will say though, 2 of our stores are Super Targets and then we have 3 others that are just regular stores. The smaller stores (at least in our area) tend to send things to salvage before the larger stores do. I'm not sure why this is though.

I know this is a longshot but I am hoping that one (or more) of you can help me. I totally dropped the ball and I am a bad mom I know it may seem ridiculous but if anyone bought any of the packages of rainbow glitter party hats by Spritz when they went clearance, can I please, please, please buy them from you? I will pay for the hats and shipping via paypal. They are seriously the ONE thing my son asked for his birthday party. He is turning 3 and we are doing a silly monster theme and he actually said to me (after I suggested it) "mama, that would be so awesome if we put google eyes on the party hats for my party" Seriously, every single time we saw those hats in the store, he would ask me if that was the day we were going to "take them home and glue google eyes on them" I had no idea they would be clearanced so quickly. Just for reference, in all the stores I went to, they were always on an endcap near party and displayed with a bunch of other rainbow themed party goods. They come in a package of 6 and there is a red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple hat in the package. They were originally $4.99 and marked down to $1.48. At my store, if you tell CS a date you purchased an item, they will match it up for you. BUT, I don't think they have to do this so YMMV.

The markdown team was working their way through the section near Valentine's Day. I didn't hang around long enough to see what all was being marked but I noticed all the kitchen gadgets like whisks, measuring spoons, etc in bright colors were marked and they were starting on the food items. I apologize I don't know what this section is called but it is right where all the outdoor/patio stuff will go for the summer.

All of my stores (Birmingham, AL) had markdown teams working the school supplies today. Only a few Crayola items were being marked though so I am guessing the others will be returned to normal stock. In addition to the already reported backpacks and lunch boxes, they were marking down scissors, Elmer's glue and glue sticks, erasers, rulers, pens, pencils, folders, binders, and pencil cases. That's all I can remember for now. Also, just for point of reference, schools started back on August 20 - statewide.

It definitely depends on the baby. My son was born at 6.9 and wore nb size for a good 2 months. We actually had to downgrade him to preemie size for the first two weeks. But then he was in size 1 until he was 4 months old. Good luck and congratulations on your new bundle of joy!

I would LOVE to find one of the little people nativity sets. My store had them 2 days before Christmas but I haven't seen any sign of them since. I'm stopping by today to scout things out and see if there is anything even worth going back for in the morning since my store typically does toys on Thursdays.

If it helps, the store in Alabaster, Bessemer, and Hoover were all still at 70% today so I doubt your store went to 90%.

I found 2 pairs of the scissors in one of my stores (Alabaster, AL). They were on the rack where scissors normally are. There were 8 pairs on the rack but only two scanned as clearance. If you look at the barcode, the ones that start with 5114 are clearanced and the ones that ring up as $5 start with 5113. All 8 pairs were either teal or red and have the exact same packaging. The only difference is the barcode number. The one distiguishing thing I noticed about the tape, at least the ones I found, are that they are in the dispenser that is one sided. The full price ones are in the sturdier two sided plastic dispenser.

The ones that were at my stores before Christmas came with a book. They came in a magnetic closure box that you could open and see the elf sitting behind a clear piece of plastic on the right side of the box. I haven't seen any at any of my stores post Christmas though. As of yesterday all of my stores were still at 50% except for $1 spot.
