Well I'm hoping we dont have a repeat of the debacle last year I was up refreshing my laptop from 12am-3am on Thanksgiving...took a nap woke up to both items I wanted being sold out at 4am...sigh...

Just preordered a tablet for one of the teenagers and I want to wait until closer to BF to see if the itikes stuff goes on sale or something. After discussing it with the wife unless there is something major I doubt we will be out with the crowds this year. Might just stick to online and pre-bf sales.

Please dont remind me of the Best Buy debacle of last night. After that I swore I wouldnt shop at Best Buy this season. Wife and myself are about to head to target in about an hour and then we will stop by Walmart. Not in any rush to get there as there was nothing really pressing we needed.

Sears Black Friday sale is now live on http://www.sears.com Looks like it was a good deal to get that 60" Sharp earlier in the week from BB or Amazon as the Black Friday price at Sears at least online is 1049.99 and not the 999.99 that was being advertised.

Dont forget that Best Buy has it for that same price: Sharp 60" 1080p 120hz LED HDTV - $999.99 @ Best Buy

Salesman looked it up online at the Best Buy website and had this o.O look on his face, then had to get managerial approval. He didnt say whether or not he checked for local stock in the area but the Sears only had 1 on the floor and I believe my local Best Buy had a few. They did try to push that extended warranty on me a lot.

I did mine in store. When I checked online for there pricematch policy there was an online form to fill out for pricematching.

Also if you are interested in the Sharp 60" the same model is currently on sale at Best Buy for the $999 price that Sears will be charging on Black Friday. Since its still listed as 1399 in store and online you can price match it and get an additional 10% off the difference. I purchased mine today for $949 before taxes with the pricematch, I believe you can also do the pricematch online at sears.com.

I noticed that in my Sears local ad as well that the 60" LED was not listed. Yet every website is posting that this is a valid doorbuster.

Ok I'm having weirdness I can find the 70" that you are talking about on the Sears ad on sears.com but not the 60" that I'm interested in. BTW you can just go to the sears website and click local ad and you should be able to choose the black friday advertisement. Long as you have a rewards card.

I'm also trying to get that 60" Sharp LED without having to deal with the store at 4am. hopefully they do have it online or cheaper this weekend then we wont even have to worry bout it. I am a little apprehensive though since I cant seem to find this model on any other website beyond the retailers like Best Buy and Amazon. Not finding it on Sharp's product website.

If your talking about the GoGear MP3 player I was able to purchase that as soon as the sale went live 30 minutes ago.
