The only deal I've seen is $149 but target and Best buy are giving gift certicficates w/purchase on BF. I've heard the apple store itself offers deals but I haven't checked that yet

Eb games has the best deal. Gamecube is definitley the better option for younger kids and EB has a used Gamecube for $69.00. I've never had a problem w/their used systems and for a couple dollars more you can get a warranty.
