  1. just wanted to say THANK YOU for posting this deal! Called my local Shack and they have a bunch at $89.97 they are holding 2 for me to pick up this afternoon after I drop DD off at preschool!! SO excited that i don't have to fight the crowds next week! Thanks SO much!
  2. to continue the OT DS conversation :-) a question on the white DS: do you think we could get the white one & maybe exchange for a different color later? Just pondering....
  3. We got the cottage for my DDs (3 and 5) for their birthdays last Feb. (Target toy clearance). We put it together, they played with it with their cousins that day, and that was just about it...a few times playing here and there, but not much use. They liked the little stove that came with it best. My 5 year old claims she's too tall for it (and she is very petite for her age). Don't know if it's just my kids or not, so your daughter may love it. But that's our experience. Hope that helps!
  4. Just an FYI - That first link is for a Cuttlebug, not a Cricut. The Cuttlebug is a die-cutting machine as well, but it is a manual crank machine. Still a fun toy and made by the same company, but not a Cricut. here is an Amazon link to the Cricut Personal Machine: http://www.amazon.com/Cricut-29-0001-Personal-Electronic-Cutting/dp/B000W5I9OC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&qid=1254962049&sr=8-1 I have this machine and love it, but if you can swing it, you should go straight to the Cricut Expression...I don't think you will regret it. And last Black Friday, the Expression was $199 with 2 (?) cartridges at WalMart. Hope there's a good deal out there this year too! You can also check out the messageboard at www.cricut.com/messageboard The information there is invaluable! Hope that helps! Jen
  5. I put together the swing today...It was a pain to put together, as the instructions are not very clear and the parts are not labeled, but overall I like it. I've always wanted a patio swing, so I'm pretty excited that it was such a good deal. Can't beat $32!
  6. picked up a two-person patio swing yesterday for 75% off - $32.XX
  7. I've used them several times in the past and had good results, though they can be slow to ship. I've heard others have had great sxperiences, and still others will never buy from them again because of bad service...like I said, I've had good experiences...I do always use Paypal, though, just in case...one more layer of protection...
  8. I used a coupon at the outlet today and the two people ahead of me also used coupons...mine was a 10% off they sent me in the mail and I saw 15% on one of the ladies ahead of me...Now that I think about it...the lady 2 in front of me used this 20% off coupon I believe, because it was a printout instead of their flyer coupons...so I'd say yes, most likely.... how's that for a long-winded yes Jen
  9. Interesting, since the ponies were not on sale there that day - at least according to the signs...ah well, hubby says the ponies are too big and would take up too much space anyway, so no dice for my pony-lovin' 4 year-old!
  10. Kitty was on my 4 year old's list too...I picked it up today at Target where it is on temporary price cut for $34.99 (minus my 10% off - YAY!)...it was the best deal I could find on it and it was in stock. Was hoping for the Amazon sale to bring me a deal on it, but I just couldn't wait any more! I'm sure it will now go on sale tomorrow.
  11. Saw Kota the Triceratops for $99. Must be price matching TRU? Also saw lots of initial clearance on toys...including the Target brand name of toys (can't remember what they are). They had a little doll in a red dress, a puppy in a sweater, a wooden fire truck, a tea set, a tiara and snow princess sash set, and a cookies set, all for 50% off. got the cookie set for $9.98. some of the $5, $10, $15 toys also were marked down, but not the ones I was looking for. HTH
  12. Ok, it's not loud, but I totally second the vote on the Moon Sand - that stuff is MESSY! Also, there's this too: http://www.amazon.com/Playskool-Magic-Screen-Palm-Learner/dp/B000NWSPIE It's this PDA-type toy that says numbers (& letters?) that just goes off when you touch the screen - no volume control and it is SO annoying, because you CANNOT TURN IT OFF! I always bumped it when the kids were sleeping - woke them up every time. Boy, this is a fun thread! ETA: I saw plastic recorders at Target the other day too...musical instruments are a;ways LOUD and ANNOYING!
  13. Employee at my local store told me that there will definitely be 30% off until noon on BF. HTH someone!
  14. Yes, I think others must have gotten there before me, because there weren't that many boxes in the aisle and the rest were on an endcap. I lookedat most of the boxes and there was the coupon inside, but no peelies on the outside...maybe next time...I'll keep looking.
  15. Went to Target looking for this deal today, as Apple cinnamon is my favorite scent from Glade, but no peelies on them...so no deal for me.
  16. I was at a Target last weekend that had games stacked sky-high...different types of Memory is what I am remembering, but nothing that seemed exciting yet. Can't wait to see some ads!!
  17. I found 2 of these today mixed in with the other Little Mommy Dolls & remembered something about them from this forum. Grabbed both & scanned them & they came up Item Not Found or something along those lines. I thought foe sure I had a deal, but got them to the checkout & after much ado...they wanted full price...ah well...didn't really need them, but they were quite cute...maybe after Halloween.
  18. Slim pickings at Targets here, but found 2 of the Fabric drawers in "safari" print for $2.24 the other day - was $9.99. These are for those "wooden" organizers - and are great for the kids books & toys! And the urban myth is myth no more!! I found 2 MM apple juices at our west side store...I've looked for these over & over & NEVER thought I'd found them - figurred all the other gottadealers get there first, or we just have really smart stockers at our stores...brought them home and asked DH how much he thought they were...he said, "i don't know, a dollar?" I even trumped the cheapskate guess!!! We did the apple juice happy dance in our kitchen.
  19. I think Target is the better deal (than Kmart at least - that Amazon deal IS pretty good!)...I went to Kmart this morning and the games were not marked at all and weren't pulled out to an endcap or anything (the Princess pillow was still out from yesterday!). I flagged down the nearest person to help me, and the manager happened to come by at the same time. They didn't even know the sale was going on! Turns out, though, the games are around $29+, and they had very few titles (at least at my store), so I went to Target, go a price adjustment on one I bought last week, and got another at the $15 price.
  20. Thanks to everyone here, I was in the scrapbooking aisle today and noticed some Halloween items (embellishments, stickers, letters and a big pack of cute Halloween paper) that were not marked. Took them to the scanner, came up 0.00. Got to the register and told them I didn't know the price...they gave it to me for the 90% off!!! The manager said she was going to go pull it all off the shelves, but she said she'd give it to me and that I got a great deal. Thanks to you all! I GottaDeal.
  21. I got $5 off $50 on Target.com code: TCSMXP63, but the free shipping that I was emailed was on "select home updates"...whatever that means... Hope that helps
  22. I'm ALWAYS at East Green Bay and have trouble finding the clearance mentioned on here...it's usually gone by the time I get there! Maybe you get there first, huh?
  23. I was able to use both today...might depend on the cashier, but mine was willing to try and so I got 4 packs of size 3s (60 count) for $14. AWESOME deal
  24. I saw the Disney Cars tv yesterday at my Target in Green Bay, WI at $74.xx...not sure if that is more than 15% or not...just noticed it.
