My husband and I went to Target and he said the same thing... busy but like a typical saturday. We found a register right away too. Whats going on ,is it the economy or just crappy sales ?

cloudy- high 63 low 43 for Nov 28 here , Central valley California. Its been kinda hard to get into the holidays when its been almost 80 here somedays lately. Usually hazy, foggy and colder. I shouldnt complain, we've had real nice weather, but so close to holidays its strange. Supposed to rain here before Turkey day according to the forcast. Maybe then it will feel like the most wonderful time of the year :)

probably taking my toyota corolla. I used to go with my mom and sis in yrs past, we were all next door neighbors. One vehicle , preferably my sis's explorer. In july DH and I moved about 20 min. away from them. The town we moved to has bigger stores We dont camp out usually go about 2 hrs before the store opens( usually not out for big ticket items) I think i will be taking my car and meeting them somewhere (havent finalized the details all ads arent out yet!!!) dont know if that will work, you know waiting for someone.

I was getting the candles they have. The total was only $2.65, shipping over $10.00. I think I will check the local kmart.

Hi, I'm Cindy . I live California with my DH and our 11 yr old kitty cat. We have been married 9 years , no kids. I LOVE black friday!! I have been a memeber of this site for a couple of years .. mostly lurking lol This site is awesome !! I usually do BF with my mom and sometimes my older sis, she has 4 kids and loves the deals on BF. Can't wait for the ads to come!!!!

Last year me and DH (we dont have any kids) lived next door to my mom and sister. So all of us got together and we ate at lunchtime. Then we went to his family which is only about 30 min. away for dinner. So everyone was happy. This year DH and I have moved about 15 min away from my family , into our first house, yay!! I plan to cook dinner here, maybe just for my mom, DH and myself. Don't know if my sis and her kids will come. Not sure about doing all that cooking and driving to DH's family .... few things to tie up before the big day. One thing I AM sure of.......black friday. I'm going , don't care who comes with me lol
