What a joke! The free shipping doesn't work yet! I had items in my cart that were listed as free shipping, but the free shipping did not appear in my cart. I called customer service, waited on the phone for 47 minutes only to be told that there was a mistake in the ad, and free shipping wouldn't take effect until 12:01 on Friday. He told me there was nothing that could be done, as they were unable to manually give free shipping.
I was so mad! I asked why the mistake hadn't been corrected yet, as the website is still listing free shipping, and he didn't have an answer. I hate Best Buy!!!
