I agree Sears handled it properly as well. I work at Wal-mart Tire Lube Express. when you buy the protection plan there, anything over 25% wear of the tires is pro-rated. You had 38k miles of 50k miles already, they only had 12k miles left so that is in the pro rate stage. -
It would be hard for me to boycott wal-mart, I work there.
