Last year I read about the strategy of buying items a day or two before, then going back on Black Friday to return/price adjust. Last year I asked a Kohl's store about this, and they said they wouldn't do it. Advice anyone? Those lines are miserable.

Costco has swimsuits already, some nice one-pieces. Walmart has capris and some tank tops. There should be more available every day. I need a broomstick skirt to wear in temples in Thailand/Laos/Cambodia myself. Bought a couple from Ebay. Lori

I got a Hamilton Beach mini-chopper, a Pyrex 2-Cup measure, and two blue glass coffee mugs with my $30. I SHOULD have gotten $40, but they gipped me and wouldn't make it right on Tuesday, said I had to combine my receipts no later than Saturday. Another reason not to go next year.

The scary thing I just learned is that to price adjust you have to get in line with everyone else, and can't do it at customer service??? What good is that! If I have to get in those lines, it's not worth buying. Now jewelry, I buy at the jewelry counter, so I can tolerate it, even if the jewelry isn't exactly Tiffany! Edited 11/28. I just went to a nearby Kohl's to spend my cash, and asked about price adjusting. Clerk in CS said they DON'T do price adjustments on BF, especially not on early birds, and that all items that are price adjusted are done in CS. I don't know what to believe!

I was at Kohl's at 5 and got some gold jewelry first thing, then shopped for shoes and other items. By the time I found what I wanted, the line was to the back of the store. Never again! I can go any day in advance, and get price adjustments later, right? I assume I have to go in on Black Friday to get the adjustments?

Hi all. Does anyone know where I can find an Elmo TMX for a normal or better price on the internet, aside from Ebay? Thanks Lori
