I have had several orders cancelled by VS lately with no email or explanation whatsoever until I go to check status and it is labeled simply "cancelled."

It was cancelled two days after the confirmation email.

I am new to these codes. I am now being told that you can only use each code once. Has anyone else encountered that (or is it common knowledge)? They are telling me that that is why some of my orders were cancelled.
