Need gift idea for 14yo boy that plays hockey

It's what they play in our area because there is only 1 school that has a hockey team. So he plays all over the state. -
I'm trying to figure out somethign to give one of my younger cousins. He's 14, and plays select hockey. The most we can afford to get him is like $15.00. Let me know if you have any ideas. TIA
