I got the Westinghouse 22" at almost 10 AM. The lady at the geek squad counter said it was a return and she just put it out on the shelf. I had already bought the 19" at Staples, so now that one has to be returned.

I know it differs by store location, but in your experience what time do they normally hand out the tickets for the popular items?
