  1. OK, so after spending almost $200 yesterday at Target, I certainly didn't need to go back...but I did... I went to a different Target, and got some home decor pieces like the ones I picked up yesterday, only in a different color, and a nice mirror also on clearance to go with what I got today. Then I had to go back to the Target I was in yesterday, and their scrapbooking stuff (what was left), was 75% off, so I got some paints. Since I perused for quite a while yesterday, I just basically walked around to see if there was anything that I could use that I didn't see while dragging two screaming, whiny boys through the store yesterday, but luckily there wasn't...so, how did I end up spending another $170 tonight? Anyway, dh was with me at the other Target earlier today, and had to try out these nice looking recliner-looking type chairs made of "Bi-Cast Leather." Anyone know what this is, and more importantly, does anyone know if they will eventually clearance these and when? Sooooooo comfy! OK, so I'm NOT going back tomorrow!!
  2. I picked up the FP3 player for 50% off today...debated on getting more than one, as my other ds will probably want one soon enough, but I was already buying a ton of other stuff, so I couldn't justify spending $$ on another one. Our scrapbooking section had all been reset, but I still picked up a few things for 75% off, but a lot was picked over. Picked up a photo album for 75% off, at $4.98, the kind you just stick the pictures in, but it's laid out somewhat like a scrapbook. DS got a huggable Pablo for $4.98, and I picked up Dora Chutes and Ladders for 30% off, as well as PC games of Barnyard, and a 3-pack that included Shrek and Madagascar for 50% off, making them $9.xx. Our Target didn't have Easter baskets on sale AT ALL, which to me, seems kind of strange two weeks before Easter, but I picked one up anyway, the one ds had been bugging me for, since I'm thinking they'll probably go on sale this Sunday, and I'll get a price adjustment. GREAT deal on Pampers wipes, though! 6-pk refills on clearance for $6.99! The 5-pk refills run $8.99 or $8.49, can't remember which, so I stocked up on them, too! Got some home decor stuff for 30% off, but no other really great deals. I just know that by the time I got out of there, my bill was almost $200!! Oh, well...all in all, good day at Target!
  3. I'd agree, but even better than the word "clearance," is the word "FREE!";)
  4. alwayslookin...I had no luck with them giving me the Cascade at 90% off either..."Oh, if it was Christmas stuff, it would have definitely come up at 90% off. The snowman on the front is for 'winter.'" I said, "Well, red and green is Christmas!" No go...
  5. dh has been on both, and he says RC, hands down! I've only been on Carnival, and the ship I was on, I was afraid to go in the pool, because it looked terribly run down and nasty...
  6. tjarena, thanks for the tip. I probably will wait, since I just got that other stuff yesterday...it's not like I need any more of the same stuff right now, or else I could've bought more then. I'll see what's left after 90%, and go from there...
  7. I saw these tonight, too, and they were 30% off at my Target...since all Christmas is 90% off there now, I don't know why they aren't included, but I scanned them, just to make sure, and they were $13.98...our Target really had crappy prices for clearance...all the Christmas stuff is picked over...gotta give me something, people!! Anyway, I may go to another Target tomorrow, as I think I will have to take my little one to the pediatrician, so I'll see what I find there...
  8. That sucks! I've never been to the one here where I live (I've only lived here a couple of years, and I go to the one up in NY where my family lives, because it's AWESOME!), and I went the day after Christmas and loaded up on 50% off stuff, including storage stuff. The one here kinda sucks (their scrapbooking department is probably less than 1/4 of the size of the one I go to in NY)...I don't know if the one that's about 15 miles up the road would be any better...I've been past it, and it looks like it's bigger, so if I can't get there this weekend, I may go on Monday, just to see (it's certainly not like I need any more scrapbooking stuff, as I have tons and hardly have time, but I just can't resist!!)...
  9. Thanks so much for posting this! I stopped there today to see what, if any, scrapbooking stuff they had, and for $23, I got two of the 12x12 books with the embellishments (sounds like the same thing you picked up, as they were like $4.97), a card making kit, and two mini album kits (also come with embellishments)! I figured I can surely find someone to give the 12x12 kit to! Now I'm chomping at the bit to go to the other JoAnn's that's 15 miles away, just to see what they have!
  10. Just got back from our Target...Christmas stuff is 75% off, but well picked over...did score two Sing n Doodle Aquadoodles (the ones with the farm animals) for $8.74, originally $34.99!
  11. Sunshyne, I'd have to say I'd be surprised to walk out empty-handed, too, as I don't believe that's ever happened to me!! If anything, I end up spending at least double of what I thought I would!! LOVE Target!!
  12. I was in Target this afternoon and found like 8 on an endcap...it surprised me, almost to the point that I didn't even recognize them at first...only picked up one, since I just needed one more for my nieces...then I went to BJ's, and they had TONS of them, and that was like 3 o'clock this afternoon, and in neither place were people rushing to grab them up!
  13. RealLivePrinces, I bought a set of Sonoma flannel sheets the day on BF for $19.99, (originally $80, or something like that), and I absolutely LOVE them, and I'm wondering if they will be on sale at that price again either before Christmas or the day after? I want to get a back-up set. Thanks!
  14. Wow, when I clicked on the link, now they're $9.99! Glad I got them when I saw the original post of $4.99! Thanks OP!
  15. WOW!! I just bought this at TRU, because my parents were looking for it in NY for my son and couldn't find it, so I got nervous, figuring TRU would definitely have it...I paid $40, but had a $5 off coupon, and it goes on sale tomorrow for $34.99 there, so I will get a price adjustment. I was just in WM tonight and saw them, but didn't notice that they were $20, so maybe not in my WM...have stuff to return there tomorrow anyway, so I'll be sure to check that out! Thanks for letting us know!
  16. My best Xmas gift that I got when I was 9 months pg was from my husband (we knew what we were having though, and had the name picked out). It was a frame from Things Remembered that held like 4 pics and was adorned with a moon and stars and the engraved plate at the bottom said "Alec and Mommy." Now I have two boys, and I wonder what Gavin will think when he's old enough to realize that there is a frame of pics just of his mommy and his big brother sitting on mommy's dresser...
  17. Heather, I have a Tanger by me, but some of the stores you listed (Pfaltzgraff and KBToys, for example), are in another outlet center (Rockvale), down the street from there. Do you know if those particular stores MUST be in a Tanger outlet center in order to be used, or can they be used at that same store in a different center? I would be interested in the OshKosh, Harry and David, and Gap Outlet, as they are in the Tanger outlets. If you think the coupons can be used in the Rockvale center at the stores of the same name, I would be interested in the Carter's one. Thanks! Stacy
  18. RealLivePrinces...SO glad you mentioned Kohl's cash!! Dummy that I am, I just spent $66 there today, and forgot that I had $40 in Kohl's cash from BF to redeem by tomorrow!! Can I take my receipt to CS and have them re-ring my items so I can use my Kohl's cash, or do I have to return everything and re-buy it again? Thanks!
  19. ashby, when I went to Target last year to get the price adjustment, I went on Friday morning after the craziness (probably around 7 or 8), and there wasn't anyone in line, so it only took me a few minutes to get my $$ back...hoping it's that easy again this year! HTH!
  20. Last year, you didn't need any flyer for the extra off...it just ran until 10, or whenever. I bought some kids jammies and little stuff there. Line was crazy, but totally worth it for what I was buying. They recently renovated the DS where I'll be, and I don't really like it--seems like they have less stuff now, so I don't know that I'll be heading there.
