Target has undercover security that wanders the store to help catch shoplifters. Most of them aren't very good at their job, and are more obvious than they are inconspicuous. I used to work for Target and half the time the undercover was talking with me at the electronics counter.

I saw only 2 of these on the floor today at Kohls. They were almost done stocking all of their toys for BF. You are probably better off ordering online.
