He has worked for 6 months and saved enough to buy one if we can find a really good deal. Problem is, I know NOTHING about computers. My dad had windows 8 on his laptop last year. It was horrible so I made sure I ordered a windows7 version a few months ago for me and hubby from DELL.... But the kids learn technology so fast I don't care avout that for them, lol

I got the $278 one too. I didn't realize it was the touch screen one. I don't know much about computers, but why would you need to have a touch screen? I guess I need to take it out and charge it and play with it a bit to make sure its all ok! Thanks for your feedback guys!
