Just an FYI on this, I had bought it for my daughter and when it arrived, was very surprised at how cheap it seemed This is plastic and seemed like it would break in a few minutes, we took ours back. It might be perfect for some, but was not quite what we were looking for.

I called CS and you can use toobucks online, when you go to checkout, there are boxes on the upper left to enter your toobucks in. However, you cannot enter toobucks and the coupon code, if you enter the coupon code, the toobucks option disappears.
