Just looked at Lowe's ad, what happened to the tools! I had hopes for that place, still waiting on Home Depot... Any other suggestions!!!

Since Walmart is doing away with their layaway after 11/18, have you heard of anyone else doing away with layaway? Walmart didn't have much for me this year, thinking about sticking with Kmart
