I too was in line for the Zune last year and was one of the first 10 people in the strore and we were told right before they opened there doors, they sold out the night before to their employees. This happened several years ago with a game boy at TRU They do not stock their electronics well at all. I personally am heading to WM for the deal, it is just as good! You are better off doing the same.

The bikes are already out at our local WalMart for that price already in a previous post about this bike, they are now honoring the price starting a few days ago so I know all Wal Marts are different but I would go check because I already have the bike at my house. Good luck

I did call the 1-800 number today and they apologized for the inconvenience, but would do nothing for me. Told me to wait until a manager from my local store could get back to me. This will probably never happen. I am so upset, I went there this morning and it is off the shelf, but now they have the Fisher Price toys out that are in the ad priced for BF already. I do not have any little ones anymore or I would have attempted to buy them and see what happened.

I was at my local Wal Mart last night and saw the HSM bicycle that is in their ad for BF and it was listed on the display for $69. same as it is in the ad. I took it to the registers figuring it would be easier to get it then than trying to get it on Friday, they told me they could not sell it due to it being a blitz item, I argued the fact that it should not be out and listed for that price on the shelf marker, the CSM took it away and said you can not have this item today come back Friday morning. I am furious! I called the manager up to the registers and he too would not do anything, he said I guess we will see you Friday morning.

My husband said he heard on one of our local news channels that Target announced some of their BF items Anyone else hear anything? The only thing he can remember is a GPS for $89.

Yes, the KB outlets honor these sales and they honor them all day at least the one by me does. Pittsburgh PA

This is wonderful to know there are still people in this world that care about other people and how they are living. Last year there was a family that moved down the street from me, one day a week before Christmas break from school, the mother of the two little ones was at the bus stop waiting for her child and she was crying, I too would wait at the same bus stop for my daughter and I asked her what was wrong. She stated that the kids could not have a Christmas due to her husband losing hours at work and her not able to work because of a disability. I immediately came home and called all my friends and family to ask them for help. We went together as a group and bought them gift certificates for grocery stores and bought each kid 7 presents a piece, we wrapped them and stuck them on their doorstep 3 days before Christmas. After Christmas break from school we were once again at the bus stop and she was telling me about the secret santa that came to her house and how her kids had such a nice Christmas, she didn't know it was me and my family, but it was such a great feeling to know that those kids did not go without and had a normal Christmas like my children did. Believe me it is well worth helping some one out and I give you all the credit in the world for what you are doing.

We don't have anything like that here, but I wish we did.

Last Year on BF the wal mart near me had the 42"LCD TV on their blitz item list and our wal mart never got them in so they sold the 50" for the same price. I can't remember the price, but it was a good deal regardless of the brand.

My sister and I are already starting our plan of attack, but we usually dress in layers as well. T-shirt, sweatpants, sweatshirt, tennis shoes. I never wear a coat though it is too bulky and I feel like it slows me down. I take all the ads, my purse around my shoulder, my debit card, credit cards, money ( always have some cash you never know whose machines might be down), gum, candy, and our every year tradition of stopping for coffee and hot chocolate.

BB is saying they will pass out tickets around 12AM, be there early as possible.

BB has done this in the past they offer most of their items online just not the front cover items, which of course are the doorbusters they will only be available in store for 7 hours, which if your not there within the first 10 minutes don't count on it being there. Last year my girlfriend stood outside in line for 4 hours waiting for them to open the doors they came out and starting passing out tickets for certain items once the tickets were gone so was the item and they sent everyone else away that was waiting for the same item. WHat a waste of time!!!!!!!

Everyone shouls check their local Wal Mart on TG we have done it for the last three years and they always have some things out and priced that are BF items and you can get them the day before. Makes BF alot easier.

I heard Wal Mart intends to print out a black and white flyer for night owl specials only and it will runin every Wal MArt no matter if they were open during the day or not. Supposively they are suppose to open at 10 or 11 PM and run until 1 hour beore BF and then close for a mandatory meeting and reopen again for the morning crowd. It's going to be a whole seperate sale though, none of the items posted right now are up for grabs that night. I don't know how they are going to do this, but I got this from a wal mart employee.

This may just be a rumor, but I heard that WalMart will be having night-owl specials. Anyone know anything about this????????

You would think the Tvs and the car will be in toys because they are going to have a line for PSP and they always have another line somewhere in the same vicinity for the computer or camcorder. The Vsmiles will definitely be in toys. The car will be a riot causing item. I am so glad I'm not after any of the above. I do wish all of you luck!!!

I live by the Wal MArt supercenter that was all over the news a few years ago with the police closing down the store at 10am, they came in in full riot gear. What a sight to see! We had people standing on the top of shelves and people scaling the freezer cases like spiderman for the VCR/DVD combos, 2 people were taken by ambulance one was stampeded and the other was knocked unconcious with a TV that fell on her head fromthe top of a pallet where people were just pushing them off the top to their friends down below. It was insane!!!! I think the fights are going to be over the PS2 games and the slumber sets. Cabbage patch dolls I think will be there all day this year.

I don't know how the Wal Mart is where you live, but you might think about calling the Wal Mart nearest you and asking if they would honor the Target price even though it is with a Target coupon, I would speak to a manager (be sure to get his/her name) they may very well do this. I went into my local Wal Mart a year or so ago and tried to get a swingset that Kmart had a better price on, but they were always sold out of it and it was with a rebate and the manager of Wal Mart said if I could get an employee of KMart to say that was the sale price he would honor that price rebate or not. It may be worth a shot all they could do is say no!

They don't ask for ID and last year I don't believe they even asked if you were in the same household. They gave tickets to the first 10 people who said they were interested in the computer and that was it.

My Wal Mart is a 24-hour one and it never closes, but last year, my sister and I went in there on Thanksgiving morning to buy some forgotten items for dinner and the sale items were on the floors on opened pallets and the price signs were already up, so we got our deals a day early.

I know everyone is all excited about the emachine. I went last year to BB for the emachine they had for around the same price and they only had 10 in the store. What our Best Buy did was give the first 10 customers at the ddoor before opening a card with a number and they were the only people allowed to purchase the computer. So I wasted hours at BB for nothing. There was almost a swarm of people ready to fight and arguements were breaking out all over the parking lot. It was complete chaos! I left, so I don't know what the events were after that, but I heard the police were called in to escort people from the store.

I was in the store last week and an associate told me they should be starting that this coming Sunday. I got alot of great deals going every day for those specials.

I have been doing Black Friday for the last 10 years and I will say Toys R Us does not usually have the latest toys on sale on that day. It is usually the last year or even the year before popular toys. One thing to look for is the KMart one day a week sale you can get cheaper toys there than at toys r us. That sale will or should start this week and carry on until the week before Christmas.

I have a problem with Target every year not having it in stock. If the price is better at Target just take your ad to any other store that price matches. Although, I will say the price on that doll is cheaper at Wal Mart anyway.
