Mine have showed as shipped for over 10 days now, and I still haven't gotten them. I placed 4 seperate orders too. (That's A LOT of dog tags!!!) I hope I get them soon, this is getting worrisome.

How do you take off the programs that were pre-installed on these computers? We got one for my dad for christmas, he's going to love it. I bought a new compaq laptop at CC this week, and it's got all the stuff preloaded on it. I'd like to get rid of some of it.
