I bought a Roper set from Lowe's back in 2001. My mom liked mine so much, she bought an identical set. No repairs and no complaints so far from either of us. We buy all of our appliances from Lowe's, and always use a 10% off coupon from ebay.

I bought these helicopters for my son last Christmas, and of course, paid full price. One for my son and one for the hubby. I thought they were very cheapy made and both ended up breaking in less than a month. That being said, since they enjoyed them so much, I bought another set when they were 75% off. So far so good. So my official review is, not worth it at full price, but definitely worth it at 75% off.

Well if they would just mark all the stuff to 75% off then they would be able to avoid all the hassle.

If you can find it, my 10 month old has that shopping cart and LOVES it! Unfortunately, I gave Toys R Us $40 for it a few months ago.

I checked 2 different stores last week, and both had them at full price as well.

I saw the same thing. It all depends on how well each particular item is selling in that store. If it is already a strong seller at 30%, they will wait to move it to 50%. That's what an employee told me anyway. Like the icoaster for example, was only 30% off at one store, but 40 miles away it was 75%.

My husband said there were a ton of the DVD players this morning at 30% off, but when I checked at lunch time they were ALL gone, even at 30%. I am afraid that if you wait for a further markdown, they might be gone. It was one thing that I really wanted, but did not want to get at 30% off.

I hit Springfield, MO at lunch time and have an official report, for what's left. Two full aisles and every "inside" end cap have clearance toys. One side of one aisle 30%, two sides 50%, and one side 75%. Most end caps are still 50%. Didj Star Wars 30%, Kid Tough DVD 30%, Biscuit 50%. I scanned the GeoTrax airport as requested and it was full price, $44 I think. No more puppet theaters and the Smores was gone. The 75% off stuff was very picked over. I asked a girl working in the department if they would have further markdowns or bring anything else out today and she said no. But low and behold, 30 minutes later, a cart came out of the back with clearance stuff on it. Found 2 Playmobile sets, an Imaginext castle set, and a Step 2 work bench that were all 75% off.

Hubby loves Legos but did not see a single set. I don't know about the geotrax set, but will ask him. Tempted to hit Branson or Joplin since they always seem to be empty. You are right about Springfield, I knew it would be a madhouse.

Springfield, MO seems to be about the same as everyone else. LOTS of toys on clearance, but only a portion marked down to 75%. Most still sitting at 30-50%. All the 75% stuff was loaded onto rolling carts for people to pick through. None of the stuff I was wanting was 75%.

I was on hold for someone in toys because the person that answered the phone could not look up a dcpi number for me.

Oh man do I feel the same way. I spent 11 minutes on hold this morning, and I knew all along that they would never give me a straight answer.

That puppet theater is on clearance at my store too. Way up high on a top shelf, where you just might kill yourself getting it down. I did not note the price though since it was not something I was interested in.

I have 3 in town. I don't know what I would do without them. But my Kmart's aren't dirty. I might feel differently if they were.

Springfield, MO is my store too! Hello fellow gottadealer! My husband works from home, so he has been there every morning when they open, waiting for the toy deal. No go so far though.

Ugh. They have two full aisles of 30% off clearance at my store. There is no room for any more, so can't they just make an exception and mark mine down already? It's been 2 weeks!

I think it is going to start back up in March. I got cards as well, so I am guessing I will just have the same rewards number next time.
