That's faulty merchandise and they need to fix it since it is within a few hours. I would take that back and have them order you another one (if they don't have it in stock). Make sure you also get it at the sale price and all that.

If CC would just get some competent employees then this would all be solved. I wonder if they have a customer service number to file complaints with...and if you do would they care.

I love it how you gotta pay for S&H even though my order is over $24 but of course something I want is "in-store only" and the stuff is "for shipping only". I say full order and you get the free shipping...but no. CC = Worse BF store ever.

Wow seems like some of ya got lucky about Best Buy doing PM...went there and they said "no we don't do that on BF" But I can tell you my experience in commercial style... 15 minutes in Target $20 15 minutes in Best Buy $20 2 hours in Circuit City $40 Finally getting out of the line from he** in Circuit City PRICELESS If for once CC employees would work efficently the line would move so much better. I watched the associate... Pick up item Scan bar code Hit key on keyboard Lay item down REPEAT AFTER DONE Swipe item over de-magnatizer one at a time... Average time for one item around 20-30 seconds, when it should take no more then 10... How hard is...LIFT, SCAN, PRESS, SWIPE The guy who replaced the other girl did that and I was done in seconds. CC get some competent employees and get rid of the stupid method you use for checkout of hitting enter after each scan and the long receipts.

Just took a drive past Best Buy (well around 5pm) and there was only about 20 people in line. Of course they take all the doorbusters so your SOL at this point. I am sure by now that number has at least doubled.

Ya know every year they get earlier and earlier to open up (next year it will be 4am) and every year the ads get worse and worse. Makes me wonder why we get up for this... I guess the stores already made money so what do they care about BF...personally the Internet is to blame for all this because the sales there are year-round.

I will say one good thing about the WM ad...it makes good toilet paper :)

Good luck with the CC PM I know the past few years they DID NOT PM. As for WM I did the same thing...went there today to ***scout***. They had a few DVD's out that are on-sale (Knocked Up and 300) the correct editions but Full Screen only. I had the associate go check in the back and of course they did not have them there. Hmmm

Celeron are horrible PC...but hey you get what you pay for.

Zune is Microsoft...iTunes is Apple... They are in no way compatible with each other, unless there is some wonderful hack out there I don't know about (I am sure there is) but for your average no the answer is no.
