You should try this sight http://www.disboards.com/index.php they have alot of great info. FRom what all the rumors are saying they will be doing free dining plan at the end of the summer. It should be out w/in the next week or so. Free dining usually runs middle of Aug to the middle of Sept. if I'm correct.

I have a 3 and a 1 year old. I also have a very tiny yard. You could get him one of those little mowers that blows bubbles. Or you could do a bunch of little stuff like a ball, bubbles for his mom to blow for him. My daughter also loves those little bikes that you strap them in and push them in and then turns into a bike later on. I think they run about $40.

I normally make a diaper cake. Or you could go to the dollar store and get a basket and fill it w/ inexpensive stuff like pacifiers, bottle brush, and so on. You could line it with a fleece blanket from target. I think they are around $5. I hope you get some good ideas to help you out.
