  1. How can we find out which items will be available online? Specifically, the ps3 bundle and the ipad mini.
  2. Is the ps3 deal available only in store?
  3. Will the deals be available online? I noticed the ad says black friday deals are available online starting thanksgiving day at 12:01...is that door busters too? Not sure the ad clearly distinguishes between door buster and black friday.
  4. Last years products were better, and I believe it was $15 instead of $20.
  5. So very disappointed. Not a single thing that interests me (that I can't find cheaper elsewhere). Black Friday sales need to be better. GottaDeal.com has me spoiled--all other sales are a joke not a deal.
  6. My daughter is completely satisfied growing the orbeez in a vase. They just need water, nothing extra, so to call this thing a maker is misleading. They are really fun to play with once they grow.
  7. Not taking the code...Im guessing because my order is from the outlet.
  8. I think Im having buyers remorse, even though I bought this for $29.99. I am concerned that my daughter (5) may be too big for the cottage. Anyone have any experience with older ones in this?
  9. Reviews are good but state it is difficult. I can't wait to try it. :)
  10. Thats what I'm thinking. I think I'll get this for my daughter. She has it circled in the target toy book where it's $70 so I wasn't considering it but for $30....well how can I not. Are you pleased with the one you have?
  11. Does anyone disagree this is probably going to be the rock bottom price on this?
  12. This is insane, may just be my best buy of the season. Thanks!!!
  13. Does anyone know if they typically offer free shipping on black friday?
  14. Geesh, just another disappointment for me. So whats left, Kohls and Toys R Us? Oh and the lovely walmart (said sarcastically). NONE of the things I've been hoping to find this year have even made the ads. Im especially grateful at this point for all the great deals people are putting up on here daily. This is where I'll be doing my Christmas shopping this year.
  15. This question is an often one, so that's my cut & paste answer: 1). 20GB has no chrome trim, no memory card reader and no wi-fi. Not manufactured anymore. Has the best backwards compatibility with PS2 games due to Emotion Engine (PS2's CPU) and Graphics Synthesizer (PS2's GPU) installed. 2). NTSC 60GB has the same backwards compatibility as 20GB version, also has memory card reader and wi-fi. Has a chrome trim. 3). 80GB - extended memory, but reduced backwards compatibility with PS2 games, it has only Graphics Synthesizer (PS2's GPU). Around 80% of PS2 games can be played. Available only in NTSC regions. 4). 40GB - can't play PS2 games at all (all PS2 chips were removed), has 2 USBs instead of 4, no memory card reader, has wi-fi. Avalable in black and white colors. White is on sale only in Japan. Uses 65nm technology (lower power consumption). Improved cooling system. It's the latest version. 40GB doesn't support SACD (Super Audio Compact Disc). 5). PAL 60GB - reduced backwards compatibility with PS2 games. it has only Graphics Synthesizer (PS2's GPU). Around 80% of PS2 games can be played. Wi-fi included in all models, except 20GB.
  16. I THINK only the ps3 60gb is capable of playing ps2 games. I also think they do not make the 60gb any longer. I could be wrong on both of these as it has been nearly a year since I've done any ps3 shopping and my memory is now clouded.
  17. Disappointment. So far there is nothing for me to cheer about with any of the ads. I've been getting better deals through the gottadeal.com postings. Waiting for Target and hoping it is a huge hit!
  18. I have a question about the artscow credits...I just signed up and got two pages of credits, alot for the same thing. Can I use each credit (and order, say, 3 calendars) or do I have to pick and choose?
  19. My 52" Sony Bravia has me spoiled! I did tons of research when tv shopping back in March '08 and can say, then and still now, I have yet to find a more crisp picture than the ones produced by the Sony Bravia. I chose LCD over Plasma because of the light factor as well as the burn in issue (since we do play lots of ps3/wii and are fans of the pause button). I can't stress enough that it is quality before price. I agree with an above poster, check out the tv's you like now so your not out buying a "lesser" tv later just because it is cheaper. Let me also say, with the right tv, Blue Ray will ROCK YOUR SOCKS!!
  20. Walmart and Toys R Us are total disappointments. I have found no great deals on scooters or the clickstart my first computer (anyone know of any please let me know). I am excited to get the digital arts and craft studio at Target for $35 as well as the electronic Monopoly game for $20. Thats where I'll be as everything else is pretty much avg. sale prices. I remember when my son was like 2-4 I could go out on black friday and save $300+ on his Christmas gifts. Where have those deals gone?
  21. Does anyone know much about the digital arts and crafts studio? I am looking at the clickstart my first computer as well but because you need to buy additional software I am leaning more toward the craft studio. We already have ps2, ds, leapster, etc..requiring different games. I can't keep up. I wonder if the new monopoly game will be discounted much.
