  1. The HE is for High Efficiency (I think). I have a front loading washer and the HE detergent was recommended. In my area it usually translates into Hard To Find!! The nearest Target is about 45 minutes away. I may have to make a trip to see what I can find this weekend.
  2. Amen! I read the posts and was shocked that a corporation would sponsor a site and allow such behavior and language (if they do support the site - I didn't look that close) on it. I take patient complaints and if I had a dollar for everytime I had someone tell me they didn't get the pain meds they wanted in the ED and they are going to sue us, I would be a rich person right now. Anyway, we deal with it - that is what we do. Also, if I ever talked to a patient/visitor/family member the way I have read some of the Target managers, etc. have talked to people I would be sitting at home without a job. We also have a means to post comments, etc. on our System's intranet. I can tell you that the postings are screened and any post with offensive, derrogatory, spiteful language is taken off or not posted at all. There are 2 key things Target is missing PUBLIC and CUSTOMER SERVICE - Hello???? If they don't want to honor the coupons - DON"T ISSUE THEM - it is that simple. Otherwise, put limits on them (if you want to limit) and post policies in the stores - don't make them up as you go. Sorry for venting so long but the more I read the more it irritated me.
  3. There were also some $0.75 coupons a few weeks ago (0.25 is still a good deal). I had these along with the $1 coupons from yesterday. The bad thing was that my Walgreens did not have the Soft & Dri - just the Right Guard. I was thinking about PM at Walmart if they didn't have them later in the week.
  4. We are looking at VRBO for this Fall. We have rented from VRBO for several years and have always had great customer service and have never been disappointed with our condos, etc. They are normally not the "cracker box" condos you get from rental companies (I never rent w/out photos). With 2 boys we cannot stay in a hotel room without a fridge, etc. The house will come in handy - not to mention the private pool.
  5. Just got home form WM and they only extra flier I received was the one posted here. I did stock up on towels for $2.50.
  6. I am so excited! Sears has the TV we are needing as a Christmas gift and I had read all the talk about them not PM. I took a stab in the dark and stopped by our Sears - which is a small bare bones store in a small town - and asked them. I took a print out of the ad page and asked the manager to make sure before we did anything and she said no problem. Just come back on Friday (she will be there) and she even wrote their item number on the sheet just in case. I guess small towns are kinda nice after all - saves me a trip to the nearby city Friday.
  7. Not Clarksville - but Knoxville may be in our cards.
  8. The best I can tell the Toshiba is on the 2 day sell. What do you all think the chance of getting one would be? HH Gregg has one but I am not sure what their pricematch policy is (they are new to the area). Thanks!
  9. I hope they do have a sale - if not do they price match? They carry a lot of the same brands as BB and CC.
  10. Does anyone in the Ohio/KY/TN area know about HH Gregg's BF sales? We have a local store now and was just wandering. Thanks!
  11. I am so excited - I called the Marshalls in the my local area and they had one that was being held by someone at $179 (I was willing to pay the extra $10 to avoid WM on BF). We were planning on being near another city tomorrow and I took a chance and called one of their stores. They had one left at $130 and I will save about 3.75% tax. Thanks guys for the tip!
  12. I am not a huge Shoney's fan but the breakfast bar tastes really good about 10:00 or so. We get started at 4:30a.m. and are usually done by 9:00 or so and then head to Shoney's.
  13. Hi everyone - new to the forum but an annual BF junkie! I am going to call my local WM. I live in a rural area and needless to say we have WM and that is it! The closest Target, BB, etc. is about 40 miles away. I went to our store a few years back (my last BF trip there) and PM about 10 video games in electronics - no problem. Got to the front register with my $10 Easy Bake Oven and the CSM refused to PM. I very politely told her that was fine (I did not have to have it) but that she should check with her manager for consistency because I had just PM 10 games in electronics. We have new management so hopefully things will be better. I have went down on Sunday morning to PM a game, movie, etc. I have seen in the sale papers and they will tell you they are out of stock on that item (I overheard a discussion between 2 associates regarding pulling the items that were on sale at KMart). Needless to say I don't shop at our WM very often. P.S. - Have never had problems PM in the Knoxville area.
