the dh decided to take my minivan to work today and left me his car, knowing that there are no carseats in there. just to prevent me from going to target to get a table from gb that I'm eyeing.

Target was total bust for me today. I found one of those disney mix stick things the price on the shelf said 49.99 but it rang up 34.99. Does anyone know the original price? Like usual I'm confused. They had a few left, so if the 34.99 is a good price I will go back tom. Other then that they had zip.

leave out periods and such. It said the same thing for me for city because I typed Mt. so I changed it to Mount.

If you see these 2 alarm clocks on the end caps .. keep on walking .. they are pieces of crap and not worth the 9.xx they are clearanced for .. both of mine are being returned tonight.

Well apparently I am about a week to late at my target.
I asked one of the ladies and she said they started the sale some time last week and the same day EVERYTHING was gone. She also said that most of the cashiers were the ones that bought everything up. Does anyone know when the global bazaar stuff goes on sale?

Well I guess I was a little too late for the toy clearance at my target, but there was not a single sign up saying anything. I guess it's supposeed to be a "secret sale" lol. Anyways I did manage to pick up the little mermaid shimmering lights doll for $5.72, Scene It Jr for $7.xx, Bratz Bride and groom for $4.xx. It was a good day didn'tspend too much.

Went today and picked up some good deals, bought 4 christmas sweaters @ $1.49 each, girls christmas lounge pants @ 49.cents each. Christmas Winnie the Pooh originally $19.99 got @ $1.99. Carters pjs 99 cents, Winnie the Pooh pjs @ 99 cents,a few Caters Santa outfits for baby boys and girls for $1.29 each. Also bought some ornaments @ .9 cents, and 29cents each. Got a Barbie for 49cents, didn't think it was christmas but she had a red dress on so that was a gooddeal! Bought a few other things also. I was kinda disappointed to not find the candles that some of you guys have been snatching up!

What I don't understand is that NONE of the toys were maked down, hardly anything had a red sticker on it. And everything I scanned was regular price. And believe me I scanned just about everything! I asked the lady in the toy department if they had any toys on sale for 30-50% off, and she said they should have a sale coming up soon but doesn't know when. That really sucks!

My Target in Brooklyn, NY has already hit 90% off. But let me say that there were only 2 aisles left of stuff, and you had to pick through everything. They had one full aisle just of trees at 90% off. I asked one of the ladys how long has it been at 90% and she said about a few days.

Careful when you buy from Target and try to return to TRU. I have foubd that they have different SKU #s. 2 Years ago I purchased a Pixter for DD (from Santa). Christmas morning found out ir was broken. Returned it to TRU of course they had none in stock it was the hot toy. I found one at Target but it was the wrong color. I bought it, and when TRU got them back in stock I purchased onfrom them and tried to return the Target one to TRU. THe sku # said it was not purchased at TRU. OF course I argued with them and tried to get a store credit but because the sku said it was not purchased there they would do nothing.
Thanks for the heads up. I'm still going to try, the worst they can say is no and if that happens I'll just bring it back to target. lol. It's a good thing that their both in the same parking lot. So that helps, lol.

I feel the same way but what I do is keep the receipts and buy the clearance one and turn around and return it with the other receipt, as long as its within the stores accepted return dates. Target is nice because its 90 days, so I know if I buy late Nov or so that I can return it. The kids don't even know it because I carry the receipts in the car and bring the item to the car, get the receipt and return it. I don't do this with all things but have on some larger buys. I loved when Amazon did 75% right before the holiday, got some great last min things and they all got here in time.
I never really thought about that. I think I may go to target tommorrow and find that vanity, then off to tru!! Thanks.

Just got the Ariel vanity for 14.98!
I just told my dh that christmas next year will be celebrated the 1st week of Jan.!! We paid $60 for that thing!

wow with these prices I might as well stock up for next year! But not sure if my dd who will be 5 by next christmas will still like the same things. I know my dd1 will have no problem! Might be headed to target at the crack of dawn tommorrow!!!!

We kinda of do, my mini van has those built in carseats, but my dds always cry when they get in them. (dd4 said they were uncomfortable) so thats when I took the ones out of dhs car. but now when he gets home I'm heading to target for my table and 2 carseats. lets see how he likes that one.
