  1. I agree – thank you everyone for your assistance. So the moral of the story is to get there early enough so that you can get one of the computers that have no extra software installed – and refuse any extras.
  2. Assuming that I get a ticket for either or both the $189 computer and the $379 laptop – what kinds of "preps" do they need to perform before I can pay and get out of the store (to go home and sleep)? Are they going to have to load or unload software? Do they just hand you the computer boxes, and then wait in line to pay? I have been so focused on getting in line early enough – that I haven’t been thinking about how long I’ll be waiting once I get in the store. Anyone with past experiences? Thanks!
  3. Hey – I noticed that too. I went to the HP website and the model that is listed on the BB ad doesn’t exist. However, I’m inclined to think that they are the same thing since the specs are alike.
  4. So just to confirm – BB will hand out tickets for the BIG door buster items only?? I’m interested in getting the $380 laptop and $189 desktop. However I also want to pick up the $80 Kodak easyshare camera. Will they pass out a ticket for the camera? I’m not sure of the best plan of attack once we get in the store. I’m sure it’s going to be crazy. Assuming I am one of the first few in line, should I head for the camera section first and then the computer section? Will they have the smaller items sitting out to grab on the way?? Should be interesting!
  5. I’m interested in the laptop and $189 Desktop. Does anyone know if there is a one limit per person on Door Buster items at BB? I want to know for two reasons– can people in front of me buy more then one, so there might be nothing left? I might want to pick up another one for family. I guess I can bring a friend along. Anyone would did this last year might know?? Thanks!!
