  1. Just an FYI, the Disney Vanity says $41.xx , but scans at 14.98. So check !!! Also they had the accesory pack to the vanity $14.99 marked $7.48, scans $3.74. I wish I lived near you we have a ton of the vanities here.

I scanned them 3x. So I guess they just were not on sale for any more.

Man..... I wish I lived close too. I guess I will just keep checking this weekend to see if they drop the price anymore!

  2. After being disappointed at the Northgate Target in Seattle..

I went to the Marysville/Smokey Point and they had tons.

I got wrapping paper, decor trees, 6 ft tree, a an outside 3 connector stake for the outdoor lights, and many many more little items, including 27 cent hershey kisses bags. and 14 cent andes mints.

I didnt see anything toy wise I wanted for 50% at Northgate and at Marysville it was all still mostly at 30%.

I'm looking for that Disney Vanity for the $14 like someone else.. so if any other Seattle GDealer finds one for the price and doesnt need it.. I will buy it. LOL

    Or anything My Little Pony.

    Thanks guys

  3. Still 75% off Christmas stuff in Lynnwood Target (near Seattle). Lots left - choc covered cherries, cards, wrapping paper sets, ornaments, decorations. Everything is back near the sporting goods in the back, nothing is in the food area. Toys are a mess, mostly just 30% off, even though I have seen some of the toys at 50% off at the Northgate Seattle Target.

Side note - I was hassled today for using internet manufacturer's coupons. They said that they wouldn't accept them even before she tried to scan them. Called manager over and he said that unless they say Web Coupon on them (like the target coupons) they won't accept internet coupons. I will be contacting CS to have a print-out of the policy in my bag. These were even directly from the manufacturer (Johnson and Johnson, for example) and not even from a coupon site (like Smart Source). GGGRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!

thats my target I go to as well... so I am glad to hear they still have a lot left. I have $$ on Friday so I can finally go get some stuff, I hope by then its 90% or that they have a decent amount still left.

  4. Having worked over 15 years in Customer Service and in Manager capacity.. I can assure you that making comments after hanging up the phone to other employees is not acceptable. Its a toxic enivornment and is something that in most places you can be held accountable for.

I understand the season is busy adn they get calls, but it IS THEIR JOB to provide courteous and professional information to their guests/customers at all times. If they do not know a promotion they should find out. If they dont let you get a word in edgewise then they are not doing their job.

As far as the PP who said we are expecting people to hold our hands.. Are you joking.. it proves that people expect to be paid for doing nothing and not being helpful under the guise that it isnt par tof their job! PLEASE!

Id have been on the phone to corporate right away as well.

  5. Having a hard time deciding on two HDTV's from BB on BF. Do you think the 42" 720p Panasonic for $899 or the newly listed Samsung - 40" 1080p LN-T4066F SKU: 8251303 for $1199 ($700 off from BB.com price)? The Samsung is listed bestbuy.com/thanksgiving2jt.

I hear that you can not see the big gain from 720p to 1080p on anything larger than 50". Anyone have the Samsung LN-T4066F?

    Thanks!

We spent hours this week researching what we could get for our buck and the sales, where they were and what the tv's looked like. We finally decided on the 42" Panasonic Plasma from Best Buy. The picture is incredible and Panasonic leads the way in Plasma's. My husband spent many hours looking up the lcd vs Plasma debate and the pros and cons.... and we are happy with the choice. Our other choice was the Sharp 42" at Circuit City for $799. The waulity on the panasonic looked better and there was no sharp 42" anywhere.. its an older model they are blowing out.

Keep in mind this Panasonic is an exlusive and not currently in stores. It differs from the actual model in stores now by the trim around the actual screen ( being mattte instead of glossy ) however we spoke with the Store Manager we know and he ensured and promised this was the same specs as the one in stores.

That said, we decided we will be getting it on Friday!
