Got mine with no problems either!!! I got the dual screen dvd players and now wish I had gotten the leggo set, since they were sold out by the time I got there I will know better next time I just loooooooooove target!!!!

there are other things i'm looking for, but haven't found yet. like big lacing beads (that she can't choke on), and remember the old wooden pictures you'd thread a shoelace through? but i don't think they make that stuff anymore.

I have some I acutally found at big lots for around $3!! Check with them, they are very large and could not be choked on.

Just an FYI, if you are bringing hard copies to price match, make sure to guard your papers. I had people steal the ads right out of my cart last year at WM and I was not the only person it happened to.

 

I have a binder, thanks to the helpful thread, and plan on putting it in my purse (a large tote, that doubles as a diaper bag, since I have 1 still in diapers). I hope no one steals it cause I will be really po'd and probably cause a scene:cheesy:!!!!

Do they have any of the dual-screen portable DVD players on sale on BF? I was wanting to get a set cause I have a 2 yr and a 4 yr old and only have one potable dvd player and we are planning to go on a beach trip and its a 8-9 hour drive and I need a set.

Tgt has a 7" dual screen TruTech on sale for 88. I just bought 2 yesterday (going to price adjust on Friday). We took one out the box and looked at it and it looks good. Plays well and has a remote (doesn't do the volume though) and u can plug in video games and camcorders. They seem really nice, and we got 2 sets for the price of one (once we p.a.)

[Got a quick question about hard copies of BF ads]

Well just found out my sil and her boyfriend are coming down/over for thanksgiving. they are leaving sc that morning so they won't be here till late evening. I am going to get her to stop and pick me up a couple of papers from home, that i know have the ad's i'm looking for. Maybe even get her to stop in atlanta and pick up a big paper there!!!

This is a good ad. The kids PJ's catch my eye. Last year people were shoving and pushing for them and they were $5.00 this year they are cheaper....will need to watch this for sure.

I believe they are "cheap" quality too....I bought the Dora one's last year and they shrunk...size 5 ended up fitting a size 24 mths.....

Don't know if anyone is looking to get the kid's pj's, but IF these are the same kind they had last year, DON'T waste your money!!! I bought the Dora ones last year in a size bigger (cause pj's run small, due to they are supposed to be snug, which my kids hate) and they shrunk so bad after I washed them my dd3 ended up with dd6's pj's as those now fit her. dd3 wore a 24mths and dd6 got a 5!!!! Just thought I'd give anyone a heads up on them if they were thinking of buying them.......

I usually shop with mil,and 2 sil's. This year we have moved and won't be able to go together. I have a couple of friends here, but all of them think i'm crazy and won't go with me. I do have 1 lady that her husband is a friend of my husband and they moved here from sc too for the same company. She hates to shop, is one of those people that go in, get what they want and leave. Doesn't take the time to EVER look, and can't stand crowds. She has decided she want's to go with me, but I really don't want to take her (not really my type of friend) b/c she will want to go home after 2 stores I don't want to go alone either, so I guess I'll just let her go, but tell her that I plan on being gone a LONG time, and if she doesn't think she'll be able to handle it than she needs to drive herself! Does that seem awful to you???

Honey. You better get to the outlets about 9pm or earlier!! The outlets were crazier than Slidell! I arrived last year about 11 and stood in line for 2 hours! I finally got out of there around 4am but it took over an hour to get out of the parking lot! Slidell wasn't bad at all. I arrived later in the day and still got the deals I was after!

Does anyone know what time Kmart will open its doors Thanksgiving? I somehow missed it. I must be crazy to even think about going anywhere since we're hosting dinner on Thanksgiving day. The cozy coupe is calling my name though. : ) That's something on my list I haven't been able to find anywhere else in-store. For those of you who have one, do they fit in the car?

 

we have one, got it put together (it was a "find" for free:eyepoppin) and I put it in my van, behind the driver seat. It fit pretty good, although noone could sit on that bench seat behind me!!!! I guess it would depend on how big your backseat is, or trunk even & if it's put together already. I don't see why it wouldn't though.

I don't know. The only paper I have seen is for the gulf coast (the sun hearld), and there is not a target or tru in those areas. I know that Hattiesburg, MS has both, but that's a good way's away and Slidell, LA is the nearest (around 30 miles, might be less). I know it takes me 25 minutes to get to Slidell from our town. I was just wondering about the USA Today, that's the only paper at the gas station I stop at besides our local one. I don't even know if we have a state paper, haven't been able to find out online. I know back home (in sc) I got the local paper and then the state paper to get all of the ads I needed.

We don't have a Target or a TRU near us. They are in the next state over (less than 30 miles) Our local paper never has those ads. Does anyone know if a major paper like USA Today will have them or does Mississippi have a state paper??? could it be in there??? I'm not sure if this is considered part of the secret sale or not, however in the Wal-Mart circular that was in the newpaper today, it mentioned checking online on Thanksgiving for special deals. But it didn't say what those deals would be.

Saw it on my flyer too..says to check wm website for dozens of deals online-only thanksgiving day. I was hoping to have them in stores.........

I'm not a big fan of BL, and never go there on BF, but I did purchase my couch from there and 2 recliners. I got a fantastic deal on them!!! They were Ashley, leather, and were a 1/3 of the price Ashely had them for less than a year before. We had looked at the set and wanted it, but couldn't afford it, and then BL got them in and we bought them. They are still in EXCELLENT shape, even with 4 kids and 2 boxers!!!! I would never buy electonics from them, but have purchased a few toys and some really cute home decorations for a great price. Our store was always clean and in a very busy shoping center.

Does anyone know if they are any good?? I wanted to get 2 of these for the kiddo's for christmas for our long trips. We had 2 from wm last year that had an unfortunate accident....mommy's fault so I wanted to replace that set for the older 2 and get a set for the younger 2.
