i just got an email tonight from TRU that the Deal of the Day for this weekend is the Xbox 360 Arcarde edition for $99. I think they are having a bundle deal, too. It should be on their website. Brandi

I was at TRU and Target today and they both had people who "attempted" to line jump when the doors opened. At TRU, there was at least 500 people in line by midnight. Fifteen minutes before the store opened about 30 people decided to start loitering in front of the parking lot to make a mad dash for the doors. One person even had the audacity to cut in front of the line! A fight broke out between him and the other guy so the cops were called and about 15-20 showed up and formed a barrier so the line jumpers couldn't get in. They were so pissed! We all clapped and cheered for the cops and they told us we were all nuts!LOL Target was great. The line literally wrapped around the back of the store it was so ridiculous! They had about 10 of their Asset Protection team and 2 cops outside keeping order and they roped off the whole front of the parking lot so that people couldn't rush the door. One Security guy kept yelling thru a bull horn that everyone coming up from the parking lot needed to go to the back of the line. It was great!! I heard thru the grapevine that our local Walmart was a cluster*&^% so I didn't even attempt it! Brandi

I got one of the pretty ones that was in the ad. Our Target only had about 100 of those but they brought out the regular red ones and gave those away, too. Brandi

I got to TRU at 9 last night and was in the 60's in line. at 11, the line was over 300 deep (someone actually counted!), 30 miinutes later, there was over 600 people. They started handing out tickets at 11:45. People started getting out of their cars and standing in the parking lot by the doors. The cops came and formed a barricade so they couldn't cross. Two guys started fighting at the front of the line. It was ridiculous! I got in and out within an hour with 1 zhu zhu and one accessory. There were still about 200 people in line waiting to get in when I left! Brandi

THANK YOU! I didn't get this email, but saw your post and was able to get to TRU early enough to get a Zhu Zhu this morning. Our TRU only had hamsters and not accessories and man even though there were only 30 people in line, it was madness! People wanted more than one and were extremely upset about the limit. One lady refused to get a rewards card and was turned down (talk about TEMPER!). I at least have 1 hamster and the sleep dome for my daughter now. YAY!

I was at TRU today and got the $10 gift card w/ $75 purchase and was told it could take up to 24 hours for it to be activated. I got some of the Bakugan stuff and the Icarly DSi pack for my kids since they are selling out all over around here. Brandi

We live on Dover AFB so I will be in Dover, too! Might make it to the outlets in Rehoboth this year first and maybe up to Chirstiana, too.

I decided to go to our Walmart around 3AM this morning as Delaware is a no tax state so we get alot of people from MD, PA, and VA. I just stayed in my truck until 6 and went in. They had everything set up in different parts of the store with seperate lines for each item. I was going for the laptop and was #4 in line. By 8, the line was over 100 deep just for the laptop! When I was leaving, one woman thanked me for only buying one and saving some for everyone else!LOL My store got 87 so I know some people were SOL. I don't know how may Xbox's they had but we already have 2 Xboxs, a Wii, and a PS3 so we are golden on gaming systems for now! Until something new comes out..... Brandi

My kids love these on Christmas Morning! You make them the night before and leave them out to rise overnight, then bake them while the kids are opening presents Christmas Morning. Overnight Caramel Cinamon Rolls 1/4 C Butter 1/2 C Brown Sugar 3/4 Tsp Cinnamon 1 Pkg Butterscotch Cook N Serve Pudding 1 Pkg Frozen bread dough balls Lightly grease bottom and sides of a bundt cake pan. Place 18-20 frozen bread dough balls in pan (cut back on # of dough balls if pan fills more than half way). Sprinkle entire package of pudding over bread balls. Melt butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in microwave. Drizzle mixture over bread dough balls, over with a clean dish towel and leave on counter overnight. The next morning, bake at 350 degrees for 23-30 minutes. ENJOY! Brandi
