  2. It looks like the "Big Deal" from CompUSA for Cyber Monday is adding FREE SHIPPING to the stuff they had on sale previously. Not really what we were looking for. Personally I hope that CompUSA gets a bad reputation from this Non-Sale Sale and people avoid them.
  3. On the APC Surge & UPS page it appears the BIG DEAL is free shipping for today only. Not really anything on a deep sale as expected.
  4. Looking at the Best Buy cyber sale for a new monitor. Problem is that as of 8pm EST, 2 of the 3 monitors on sale are ALREADY SOLDOUT. This stinks. But on a lighter side, on BF at 11:45am (just before the secret sale items ended) I was able to get one of the Samsung Nexus 50 XM radios for the sale price of $49.99. Then on Saturday night (about 9 pm) when I realized it didn't come with a car kit and it had to be docked to receive the XM signals, I exchanged it for a Pioneer Inno. The Inno came with both a home and car kit, special antenna headphones, free activation, a $30 XM service gift card and a $50 rebate, all for the price of the Inno with home kit alone. Now while standing in line for future BF specials I will be able to be entertained by XM radio. Hey how about next year setting up a special BF XM radio broadcast with live updates to the sales?
  5. I live in Metro Atlanta, home to the HD HQ and all the local stores were sold out of the TV by 6:30am on BF according to one local store manager. On BF the web page would on and off allow you to order the TV online, with a $31 shipping charge even though their web site said all orders over $49 had free shipping. Unfortunately I was out of town on BF and couldn't carry a 32" LCD back we me, so I had to wait until Saturday afternoon to try to find one. Bottom line is that all of the cheap 32" LCD TVs (HD, WalMart, Circuit City, Staples & Best Buy) were gone within minutes of the stores opening their doors on BF. About the best deal I could find on Sat. or Sun for a 32" LCD was $699.
