There are many good ideas listed here. I have always enjoyed the t-shirts, pens, notepads and car charger. I use them often and get many comments from others. Other ideas are a water bottle or tumbler.

Pumpkin Pie Cake 1 white cake mix (set aside 1 cup) Step 1: Remainder of cake mix 2 Tbsp flour 1/2 C. melted margarine 1 egg Mix well press into 9x13 greased pan Step 2: 1 lb. 14 oz. can of pumpkin 2/3 C. milk 2 beaten eggs 2tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1/3 C brown sugar Mix, pour over cake batter Step 3: 1 C. cake mix 1/4 C sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 C margarine Cut into crumb mixture and sprinkle over cake Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Let stand at least 2 hours before adding topping. Topping: 1 small package vanilla instant pudding 1 C. milk whip until thick. Add 1 container cool whip. Add to top just before serving.

My budget is around $2,000. Although my car needs new tires so who really knows what I will have to spend.

Was loving the weather we had. Now it is snowing again. Can't wait for the warmer weather.

Got snow last week just in time for Christmas. My boys loved being able to go sledding. Today it should be in the 30's.

Great idea....Hopefully I remember to check in each month.

I'm usually talking with my husband and whoever else comes with us. We also talk with those around us.

Friday when we are done shopping, I head over to my mom's house and make candy. Then we usually go get Pizza.

It will most likely be Walmart. Although it depends on the ads.

The $2 movies from Walmart. I can never remember what ones I already have. My mom likes to make lots of blankets so we also get yarn for her.

I start by making a list of what I need and want. When the ads come out I look to see who has what I'm after on sale. After that, I add them to my shopping list on here. Then I will sort through everything to make sure I have enough in the budget for it.

I go with my husband. Although we usually run into my brother and his family while at Walmart.

This has always been a favorite with my family. We also pass it out to neighbors as a gift. Christmas Caramels 1 C. butter 1 C. white sugar 1 C. brown sugar 1 C. light corn syrup 1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk dash of salt Combine ingredients in heavy pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with wooden spoon. Keep at rolling boil and cook till soft ball forms in cold water about 15 minutes. Pour into buttered 7x11 pan. Cool, then cut into squares and wrap each piece in wax paper. Makes about 75 pieces.
