Ok......... Got my kid's tins today, one was dented on both sides and neither had the two chocolate bunny cookies in them. Got a little upset, so I called them and explained what happened. Just as I got ready to tell them enough is enough, I am done with you.....they offered to replace BOTH tins using express delivery! So that is when I decided there would be no hard feelings. I am getting kinda use to the buy one (dented or missing stuff) get one free (probably will be just as dented and missing stuff) deal! AND I probably will do it all again NEXT holiday special! Hey....at least they came on time!

The packing is very thin! I was surprised when I got my Valentine's Day tin that it was not dented. I figured that the ones that I ordered this time would make it through as well. I am currently over here panicking because my kids tins were to be delivered today and nobody can tell me where they are! Not The Popcorn Factory....not UPS! They don't know if they are stuck in Tenn. or on the way and the system just has not updated yet. I am starting to get all angry again and They are going to have to give me my money back if I don't get them today. I don't want any more free food....I want my kid's Easter tins!! I have until 9.00 p.m. to see if they are delivered. We'll see...

I just got my hubby's Easter Tin...it is soooo cute! It came dented though so I quickly called The Popcorn Factory and they said that they would replace the WHOLE order for free! Since they said they would do that for me I decided not to be too mad. Besides it is for my big ole' husband so I am sure he will be o.k. I am supposed to get two more tins tomorrow for my kids and we will see how they turn out. Oh yeah....everybody don't forget to check the website for all of the great Easter sale deals! FYI... you CAN use the $5 codes on them!

O.k...just wanted to clarify that you could not use the code on it. I have tried every way possible to get the code to work and it would not. Maybe they are talking about the 3-way tin instead. The $14.99 tin seems to be sold out online now, but I called The Popcorn Factory and was able to place an order over the phone for my hubby (and me ). All in all great deal considering the baskets that I have seen in the store. I was tired of the cheap plastic toy planes and junk jewlery that break in an hour! Besides the price you pay for the tin is what you would pay for the big basket in the store with hardly any treats in them. I have no time to hunt down a nice full yummy Easter Basket let alone make one. This way we can ALL enjoy the treats from the EASTER BUNNY !

How were you able to use the EAST5 code??? It won't let me use it? Did anyone else get the EAST5 code to work on the $14.99 Easter tin?

For this particular Woot-Off they are only allowing you to order 1 BOC. In each BOC there are going to be at least three craps in it. This way, it is actually easier and QUICKER to order!

Hi, sorry if I did not get back to you earlier. All I had to do was call the 1-800-xxx-xxxx number (I can't remember the number ) and explain it to the customer service rep and she credited it back to my card. I ordered mine online for store pick-up though. If you went in and paid cash you probably have to do the adjustment the same way. It wouldn't hurt to call and ask though. But it was no problem at all!! Hope you get it!!! Oh yeah.... I think the adjustment must be made with-in the 7-14 day period after purchase. I am not sure, but I know it is not good for the whole 30 day return policy.

I was able to mix and match three other items (sheet sets and duvet covers) and got this free coffee maker free! Great deal!

These discs are terrible! I bought 6-100 packs of Dynex from Best Buy for BF when they were $4.99 and I think I paid too much! I have had to throw away at least half of them because they won't burn completely or work in my dvd players. I will never purchased any of these ever again. My discs of choice are Staples or Office Depot Brands. I don't have any problems with either of them burning or working with any and all of my dvd players. Good deal though!
