we have Christmas eve at my house after i come back from 4.00 pm Christmas eve mass we have Christmas at my house on Christmas Eve with my husbands side of the family and my next door neighbor. We have the an tradinal Italian no meat meal, seafood only, we do the cookies and eggnog carrot for Santa and reindeer, we do not have a fireplace so we leave a magic on the front door so he can open it. We open the gifts of the people who are here that night, everyhing else gets open the next morning. My kids can open their stockings then they have to wait for the rest of us to get up, Funny thing we had to wake them up Christmas morning as they wouldn't budge out of bed, We have done this every year since my oldest has been 8 and we moved away from my family and she is now 19 Oh we also make Cinnamion Cresonts on Christmas morning

Another corn cassorole I have to make this any time there are holiday's say's my husband 1 can cream corn 1 can corn, 1 5 oz mushrooms 1/4 cup flour 1/4 teaspoon onion salt 1 cup swiss cheese 1 3 oz cream cheese On the stove on med heat put the cream corn flour and cream cheese onion salt together to blended add mushrooms, corn and swiss cheese then turn mixture into a cassorole dish and top with bread crumb and place in oven at 350 for 35-40 minutes until heated through out.

Before I moved here no one put out anything now there is one guy who tries every year to out do me, I had no spirt last year so it wasnt the best but I think I am back unless something devestating happens again.

I have two lists, one I leave out in the open and then the real list, I place things where ever and we do not have spoops, 4 kids 4 different paper, and only I know who is who, Well kind of back fired when my 18 year old got her 9 year sisters books, oooppps did Santa make a boo boo, then I gave the 6 year the 15 year olds foot ball, Well we will see what I mess up this year

I do lights but I also have three inflatables, one globe, two trees, and a bunch of other stuff, last year I added an arch way, not sure what I will add this year, My neighbor and I joke she does Halloween and I take care of both houses at Christmas as I have to put some on the edge between both our yards, I will try this year to take pictures,

You need to remember that not all areas will have the same door busters or blitz Items. While my excitement over the ads was unspeakable, My disapointment was even greater. BB in my area did not have the 149.00 computers or the laptops. MY Walmart Lap top was cheaper then others but more then others. We must all remember that each region has it's own ads, and that OHio I think it's Ohio has no doorbusters at all, I remember reading posts last year about that. But I can not wait for this years ads as they will help me get going and in the mood as I love to BF shop evern if it's just for the little things

Ours stay open, they change where they put things every year, One year Everyting was in Lawn and garden, it was nice because you could put blitz things in your cart but couldnt leave lawn and garden till 5:00am. That only lasted one year as people didnt think that was fair. Last year I was 9th in line for a lap top and I got there at 1:30 Am, Grabbed a chair and there I sat with the others in sporting goods. while my kids grabbed the blitz items at 5:00am, What I cant stand is the people who wonder up at 5:00am and try to get in the front of the line to get ahead of those who have waited so long

Ill be hone for Christmas, Both Santa Clause, Then there is a Santa movie with Dudley moore as an elf, Both Miracle on 34th street,Blitzen well I have a ton, But my ol time fav is the guy in my picture

I start two weeks before thanksgiving and end on Christmas Eve I make enough for everyone,

I get all the ads then decide, I am in Walmart about 1:00am for the really good stuff as the walmart here dosnt close, It used to be my oldest and I in our Santa helpers shirts but last year it expanded to her friend My MIL DS and DH, I map everything out and set the game plan, we are done by 10:00 am then we have breakfest and go back to store where we may have missed something

we decorate trees, The living room one is done in all dated ornamints and multi function lights, That is the Santa toom, Santa village, Animated Santa cat and dog, Santa with sliegh and two riendeer animated, Santa standing alone Animated, Santa feeding reindeer in Barn animated,and a teddy rupskin dressed as santa and a 5 ft singing dancing Santa in entry way, Alcove has a small village that sits on my desk there with a tree thats white decorated in red, and on the wall across are hung all the first two years of the kids stockings, The Bathroom has a small tree done in green and white that sits on the counter, Kitchen is the snowman room with the entry way to the family room has a 5 foot singing and dancing Snowman , the Family room has a skinny tree that is decorated with stuffed animals and Rudolf that would be the rudolph room, complete with table top snowglobe also Rudoph and a smaller version of the out side ones
