Dont we provide them with everything. My 10 year old loves clothes and is at the stage where toys mean nothing as she soesnt play with them, If its bought and isnt needed at the moment then its wrapped and counted.

it was 2005 I think the year of the walmart lap top, I was in the line as our store is a 24 hour one at 1:00am . I was number 5 so i knew i was getting one, made friends rather fast with every one around me as I always do. I've posted before that I take a slew of people with me as runners, That year I had my 17 year old daughter, her BF, my mother inlaw and the one girl who works for me. The two girls mission was DVD players I needed 2 and they were on a pallet, My mother in law was Jewerly and I was after 2 chains the girl who was with me was stationed at the TV/VCR combo's. Now I am proud of my daughter as when they ripped the black off the pallet, there was a mad rush and the Walmart employee was being trampled. She handed the 2 we needed to her friend and then stood there with the employee and Handed out portable dvd players to people. She yelled at these people that if you calm down we will pass them back to you. The Walmart employee was so relieved that she helped her, Well then I used the other people who were with me to get things people in line with me were waiting for, I think we ended up getting 5 people the portable DVD cases, computer cases, Gameboys, Cabbagepatch dolls, while the first 25 of us stopped the rushes for the computers, The only thing good about going to the same store year after year the employees remeber you,and work with every one who is stopping people from rushing. Last year I bought Donuts for some of the employees and handed them out as I cruised around at 1:00 am looking for my pricematching items. Now we have a new WALMART opening closer so I don't know if I will go to that one or the old one or even go there at all

There are ethical ways to voice you displeasure, and then there is the wrong way, Because one person has a pea brain, can destroy any possible way anything any one of us write in an e-mail. Then makes us look like loons and puts this website that we all use in a bad light. A child has nothing to do with this and most of the people we have been e-mailing are puppets, do think calling and harrasing people at their homes will make walmart rethink, I doubt it

My family is also in three states, We have shipped presents back and forth for years, I make sure that everything gets to where it has to be at least 5 days before Christmas

Walmart wont treat their customers with repsect, They wont treat their employees with dignity, they break the law, Sexaul harrasment, illlegal employees, and they are afraid that people will see their ad a few days early and they want toi sue, go figure

it is not the point of people not wanting to go to Walmart, it is the threats that Walmart is trying to convay, If the ad was released tomorrow and everything was normal I do believe if the ad was good people would still go, and al would be over

The other things that have bothered me is that above and beyond the layways I still went out every Black Friday and shopped not only what you had to offer but pricematched what other stores had this way I only had one stop shopping, Do think it upset me last year that the walmart that I shopped at pulled every video game, Dvd movie, Dvd movie box set, and CD's that the other stores had off the shelves so that there was no way that I could price match and stay with in the one stop shopping. Walmart then Forced me leave their store and venture out to Target and Best Buy where as I would have been fine just shopping at walmart. Now If I am a cherry picker because I look at sites that are going to save me money doesnt mean that I am an on-line shopper it means I am smart as I can get more for my money same as the next person. Now it is fun looking on line at walmart ad that these so called sites post as Walmart is to cheap to mail me one, I have never recieved a flyer in the mail,. Sure Walmart can be goliath and try to take out all the davids with the legal threats, Because an ad may go out on line 9 days early. But you know the consumers don't forget, The towns you promised things to and then tried to take those back. Why because you are Walmart and you feel you are above the avarage little person. Walmart has really made me decide that I know longer want to be loyal to them through out the year, and I will have to go and try Target for my everyday house hold, school supplies, birthdays and any other reason that I go to a store to shop. This will be the year that I know will try K-Mart for my Christmas Layways as I want to ensure that my children get those gifts that I can afford on a budget. I do realize that since I am just a cherry picker, a consumer to Walmart that my spending dollars through the year dont count. Well if they don't count at Christmas then you will not miss mine money or several other thousands of peoples money 364 other days of the year. With Regards

I think the way our Walmart does it is just fine first come first serve, i was number 5 in the 2 years ago lap top I was there at 1:00am lined up at sporting goods. We in the line stick together and we had no problems since the people behind the counter knew who was there. same thing last year for the MPS 2nd in line and my employees son was behind me as I needed two. I also got everything elses as I had my kids at the pallets for the Camara's, brats dolls, and the movies, got everything I wanted and was out of the store by 5:30 and on to Target we went.

I have given my boss Home made cookies, candy and fudge every year, He looks forward to this as this is the only time of the year he will eat it, I use to send smaller packages for the support staff, but after one year of no thank you I didnt send them any more, Funny thing last year my boss was out the day the box arrived and the staff eat every bit of it and it was addressed to him, So I had to make up another box so he could have his yearly cookies, Which by the way I make about 27-30 different kinds of cookies, 3 different types of fudge and then homeday candy from molds.

I can tell you make several lists before the day, I always highlight the ads, then I put where and how much on list, This comes in handy for pricematching. I also bring about 4 people that are not shopping ( my kids) they run for items i want while I am waiting in lines, They get a list of what they are in the hunt for, We use two way radios as some stores do nto have signals. We are in and out of stores in a flash this way. I know that in the past years we have gotten everything we were after and then could even go back to stores for doorbusters that we decided we wanted later if they still had them.

I bought last year two of the one that W-mart had as door busters, Those are still going strong,

my 9 year old went last year and she loved it, she can not wait to hit the stores again this year.

Dear Santa, I do not know if you remember me or not I have written in a long time. But as you know I try and keep the spirit alive all year, As you know many things have transpired as I know you read Gottadeal. As you know Christmas just has not been so fun. Scrooge has tried to take a hold and he almost won last year. But I released myself from his grip. You have gotten letters in the past from my children who have asked for things to be given to others as they feel you bring them enough. They want all children to be as happy as they are. Now I am not good at winning because as my luck would have it, If my ship were to come in I would be at the train station. So this would maybe turn my luck around and being such a supporter of Santa you wouldn’t let me down now would you. I could really use this, or as my nature would be my college student or High school Sr. could also use this. Calling Walmart is great, but we need media involvement, so the whole country can see, walmart is well known for crushing the little person in their business deals.
