Has anyone had to deal with Air Tran airlines customer service department? My H and I just returned from a vacation and on the flight home the passengers behind us had their pet cats as carry-on luggage. No problem there, except my H is allergic to cats and they were placed directly under our seats without our knowledge.
I sent an e-mail to Air Tran customer service the next day and the auto reply said I should get a response within 72 hours. It has now been 24 hours longer than that - and I anticipate waiting until Sunday before attempting to contact them again.
Any one had any dealings with this company? Anything I should expect? Ask for? Do?
All help and suggestions are appreciated.
When you found out about the cats did you say something to the flight staff so that they could have re-seated you away from the cats.

As for the piercing comment. I have worked in retail and most companies require minimal piercings. I know from experience that a lot of employees will disreguard that and wear them when they know that they will not get reprimanded. I honestly thought that Target was a lot higher class then Wal-Mart and took more pride in appearance and professional attire ect... I dont have a problem with piercings, but I dont think that they are appropriate when you work in retail or most customer service oriented businesses.
I really cannot believe the attitude she gave you. She should def be reported.
do you realize that companies are not suppose to discriminate against appearance. Now I have no piercings expect one hole in each ear. But just because some one feels that they look good with 7 in the ear and one in the tongue and one in his or her lips or those big things in the earlobes doesnt mean they can not do a job. Piercings doesn't make a person rude. Was she rude she may have been I wasn't there, Should you have gotten the item not sure on that one, I've been in that boat won some lost some.

Okay I would have agreed with all you stated until you made these comments she had WAY too many piercings. I have nothing against it, but for a manager it was a bit excessive. She had her eyebrow, above her lip (like a beauty mark), nose, some bar through the front to the back of her cartilage on the top of her ear, about 4 up the ear on each side, and HUGE hanging earrings .
What some one looks like has nothing to do with how they proform the job. She is employed by Target so her piercings must have been alright with her employer. The way she handeled her job is one thing.

You do an amazing job with this, I am a memeber of another forum, non deals, and I joined their ss and I never recieved nor diod who I send for ever stated they liked it hated it or anything. Oh, I am going through the same thing. Our daughter is grounded and I it was said that Christmas would be taken away. It is breaking my heart to not give her anything. I thought of things she NEEDED and not wanted. Wlel now my dh & I are barely talking since for him it is all or nothing. There is no in between. Again, I am so torn, I was upset last night and he I told him I didn't want to talk about not wanting to tick him off more then he already has been, but he knew what was wrong before asking me. I told him forget I don't want to argue. His reposne there is no arguement nothing for her for X-mas and that she is to stay in her room. duaghter has been goofing off in school and started lying that she had no work when she really did. Any advise. DH is so stubborn and thick headed, I already told him I was thinking of doing overtime at work since we are open that day, cause I can't see how I can get through the day seeing her torn up and myself torn up. We have a 6 year old also. Please anyone with advise or words of wisdom, I am desperate here. Thanks:confused:

I truely enjoy this every year, I was an elf last year after people flaked, but I know that both my SS last and this year really liked what they got, I offered to be an elf this year and I still can, Although I am not sure whether my Orniament person liked theirs

I think you all are taking this too hard, Lists are lists, they are a guideline, they are not set in stone, Then there are people who buy from their heart, not your heart but theirs, Last year my two sisters both in different states brought my 7 year old DS games, they were great games but they problem was he didnt have a DS. Easy solution I took all the games to walmart got him a gift card and he picked out what he wanted. Yes he was disapointed but he had fun picking new games and it was solved very easy. life is too short to make a mountain out of a mole hill

My son did that when he was younger, so he will tell you that was the worst Christmas he had. No suprises, I put nothing out under the tree till Christmas eve it all sits in tubs, as to prevent this from any of the others to do this, I admit I was a peeker too
