I hit the Targets in South Suburbs of IL today and I asked two managers who were marking items down at two different stores when the toys were going to 75%. They had just marked them to 50% - and they both told me not until next week Wednesday or Thursday.

Add me to the Minute Maid 10 pack list - found 3 grape juice 100% for .69 each. So funny how these little deals make us so excited but we'll pay 2.00 for a soft drink at a restaurant or $5 for a starbucks drink for that matter. Ha ha but I still love the little deals like these.

I went to TRU on Friday night and was told that they would not honor any clipped TRU coupon that was printed on the internet, that did not actually show www.tru.com as the origination of the coupon. The manager told me that corporate had made all the stores have a big meeting with all the employees saying that the coupon FRAUD was costing them too much money. So, get this: i was told that the 20% coupon that I printed from tru.com last week could not be accepted because I cut it out along the broken lines where most people would cut it. They said they needed the whole sheet of paper to prove that I printed it off of their actual website. So when someone saves that coupon as PDF we now need them to save the actual website information on the top or bottom of the page or TRU will consider it a fraudulent coupon. There was no difference between the PDF saved coupon that I found on this site or the TRU coupon on their front page last week, but TRU refused to accept it because it was clipped out and i could not prove that i got it off the tru website. That is so stupid!!

I just have to say that for all the bashing the kmart employees get, I finally found a store that doesn't have a bunch of idiots working in it! The Oak Lawn, IL store repeatedly has given me excellent service. After hitting the Tinley Park store the night before with my coupons, I was very rudely told that it had switched to a MAIL IN program. I went back to Oak Lawn store last night and they had no signs on any of their cash registers. I did about 12 transactions with an awesome cashier in electronics who was SMART and knew what she was doing. She didn't let any coupons slide, like if it required 2 items, she would catch that and that is a good thing she was doing her job well. But she was efficient and pleasant to deal with at the same time!! I was so pleased I had to call corporate and tell them. With all the shopping I do at Kmarts especially with their clearance sales, it really is not everyday that you find a Kmart employee who is smart and competent and friendly!! This store has a handful of them! As does the other Oak Lawn store. I ended the night by giving her the rest of my coupons and she was thrilled. I don't understand for the life of me how they can have signs refusing them at every register at the Super Kmart and not even 15 minutes away at another Kmart, they accept the coupons over and over again & with a smile!!! It's crazy, the way this company does business, but whatever, I found a way to make it work.

Today is the last day to use the Coupon!! Good luck using it in the store. I did 5 transactions tonight in electronics and then they had to close that register. I went to a regular register and they had a sign up that the program has been modified and you must mail in your receipt and the coupon to receive a $10 gift card.

Hit matteson, tinley park, homewood, crestwood, and new lenox, IL stores on Thursday. I cleared them out of all the good toys that were 75% off. Tried Orland, Lemont and Willowbrook today but they all were total busts - there was absolutely NOTHING left worth buying at any of those stores.

Little bit of a party pooper! Here's the the thing - she's reviewing a product that isn't this one - this one doesn't have a slide. With all items of this nature, there are safety precautions and as a parent you definitely should be enforcing these safety precautions. As long as you do, then it should be a very safe and fun toy for your family.

We opened it last night - it was nice quality. We have another to compare it to that my SIL bought from Sam's Club 4 years ago for $400. This is very comparable in quality! My daughter is only 3 1/2 and loved it. I have to say though that there will be no dodge ball going on for the little kids!! She really liked jumping through the divider holes. It literally took us all of 10 minutes to remove it from the box and inflate it. It took about 20 minutes to deflate it and pack it back up in it's carrying bag. ? for Stowasser - I couldn't find it on line at linens n things was it the same deal??

Has anyone had any luck finding an extra Little Mermaid Table and Chairs or Princess Table and Chairs? Would like to trade or buy out right. I have extra Dora Vanity, Little Mermaid Vanity & Princess vanity. Please contact me if you can find the table and chairs and want to trade by mail or in person. I'm in South Suburbs of Chicago. I found 2 Little Mermaid Vanitys and 2 Princess Vanitys today at Sears Essential for $12 & $10 each.

I found Dora Vanity w/chair for $12, the Pink Butterfly table & chairs for $10. I found Care Bear Hide & Seeks for $2.50 each, Fisher Price Star Station Music Cartridges for $1.25. Sarah & Sam Remote Control Bicycle for $4, Aquadoodle Bear and Dog for $2.50 each. Great finds!! Most were not priced correctly but came up much lower once they were scanned. If something comes up as "see price shelf" I was told that means it is coming up on their end as .01. They cannot sell it for .01 but they are supposed to give it to you for 90% off the regular price.

Found at target today - a Target Exclusive Monster Doodle Bear, and 2 Stylin Fashion Doodle Bears sitting in the regular section for $2.48 each. These had to have been around $20 before they are large. Found extra pens for them in the sports clearance section for $.50. Note if there isn't a price tag in front of it - scan it - it might be a clearanced item. In the past week, I also Found 3 Little Mommy Toddler Activity Centers for $12.48 at 3 different Targets reg. $49.99. Two were in the regular section - not in clearance. I also Found several My First Leap Pad Software games for $2.48. A Pink I-Dog with Exclusive target IDog bag for $7.98. My best find was 8Lego Knight Sets (I don't remember the exact name) that are regularly $100 each for $24.99 each. Bratz Forever Diamondz dolls for $4.98 reg. $29.98. I also found a few Fly Wheelz things - (ha ha - I don't even know what they are - one was a skate one, another was a timer one and some extra wheels that were returned and 3 different at $2.48 - they will make a great gift for an 8 year old! A Bratz microphone for $2.48. A Hello Kitty Fender guitar for 50% off of $200. Many of these items will be good ebay sellers! I'm hooked - just talking about it makes me want to go check out another store that I haven't hit yet!! LOL Somebody stop me.
