  1. I did this last week. Went through the Kmart ad, found everything that was in stock that I want on either T-day or BF and put in layaway, now I have to go to my Kmart on both days and they will adjust the prices for what is already put away to match the ads. I asked the manager specifically and she said yes I could.:yup:

And I have until December 17 to pick up and pay off ;)

you might want to double check, other people were are saying that Kmart will not be adjusting prices for this week and at some Kmart's there is a sign stating this up by CS.

Speaking of layaway, I haven't used one in years. If I can't afford it then, I just don't get it, it's not worth it for me. Especially if I had to pay extra to put my stuff on layaway to go there and find it wasn't even there anymore. :eyepoppin

  2. Usually I wait until Thanksgiving Day to see the ads, but since I have found this place no way will I feel guilty. :D At least I'll have a heads up then I can look at the pretty pictures thanksgiving morning ;)
  3. I have not really had many problems with stores running out of what I wanted, but I never wanted big ticket items, I do however stay away from Best Buy.. it's a mad house and I feel extremely claustrophobic with how many ppl are in that little store not to mention I hate waiting in line for hours and there line wraps all the way around the store... no thank you ;)
  4. you get in line at 2 a.m. ?!?! LOL not me, I think I usually get in line a little after 5 a.m. and am pretty much done by 12 p.m. Thankfully the stores I generally frequent are close to me, so I don't have to worry bout long drives nor do I worry about bad weather :bounce_fl:lolrun:
  5. I hit Kmart every year along with Big Lots. I go right when they open and have never had a problem with a ton of ppl to deal with. Since the Kmarts I have been to open an hour before Big Lots I hit them first then head over to Big Lots get what I need and then head home. :)
  6. blecc no snow for me, please. Grew up in the midwest and enjoy the 1/4 day of snow we get here a year and that works well for me, if I want more (which I don't) I can go to the mountains, but I'm perfectly happy not having snow on Christmas, I wouldn't mind spending time on the beach in my bathing suit on Christmas ;)
  7. Our Wal-Mart is open 24/7, but they close Thankgiving night and open early the next morning for the sales.

The 24/7 Walmarts I have been to are the same way, close at 6 p.m. Thanksgiving night and then will reopen early the next morning. :tongue1:

  8. I do, I've noticed that other ppl just slow me down and we can't have that when we're trying to get all the good deals in one place and get to the other. ;) Plus (LOL) my mom and friend who have gone w/ me think I'm nuts and would prefer not to go w/ me again, I have everything planned out and I don't like to didly dadly around. I have my list of places and what I'm getting from each place and once thats accomplished on to the next store. :woot2:
