I got the Toshiba, satelite , the 199 one, except I got stuck with the "upgraded" one and had to pay 159 more for Norton and spysweeper. Overall I have been happy with it. Battery doesnt last long at all though. Just thought I would see what others had to say.

Sure is. I am not installing mine either. Don't blame ya. Although I may put it on my desktop which the kids will use. It has good parental controls.

Mine had 15 regular and then 16 of the upgraded, Which were misleading, They said 99 more, but ended up being 159 more because they charged me for "installation" UGH but still worth it! We had some JERK ( about 25 yrs old) show up at 4:00 and squeeze into the front of the line and claim he had been there all night! Those of us who had REALLY been there since 1:40 am were POED! The CC empolyees did not give him a voucher because we were raising hell. BUT when we were waiting in the line to pay, he came BACK with his MOMMY! ROFL They were complaining to the manager. I can hear it now, "mommy they were picking on me!" I dont know if they gave in to him or not but I sincerely hope not. The rest of the people I encountered were very nice. We took short breaks in the warm car and then came back to line up. Necessary since it was 20 degrees out.

They took my voucher when I got my laptop. I also had to pay for the upgraded package. They charged me 99.99 plus 59.00 to install it. But I had been out there in the cold since 1:40 and was bound and determined to come home with a laptop! It was worth it!~

I have one for Hubby's easy share Kodak. I am not impressed. Much prefer my cheapy card reader that works for all kinds of media. All you do is insert your card and the pics load. Also, the battery charger on the easy share stopped working. I also agree on ordering prints, much more cost effective and better prints. JMHO
