The past couple of years Target ran a promo to get a percent off all gift card purchases. One year I think it was on Black Friday, another year maybe a week or so after Black Friday? Anyone have any insider information if they might be doing this promo again this year?

I clicked on the link on the home page for this promo and chose items that came up from there. They are all earrings and bracelets.

I got 30% as well, but I did get a 40% in the past when they have sent these out... so they do send some 40%'s out!
