  1. I purchased two at Best Buy last Christmas. They were Dynex brand which is their store brand. By July, one had a battery that wouldn't charge any more. I took it back and asked about it. They told me it only had a 90 day warranty. I asked if I could get something off a new one then since it wasn't even a year old. They offered to sell me the same one at the same price I purchased the first one and recommended I buy their service plan. I turned that down. Came home and emailed the company. I did get a $50 gift card from them for my trouble. The second one is now with a dead battery. I now have to buy two new dvd players. I WON'T buy from them again. I expected them to last at least a year. Neither made it to that. I will spend my $50 on something else. I will look elsewhere for a DVD player. I am tired of company's that won't back their product without you paying them too! Makes me doubt their confidence in their product. But that's another rant. Just wanted to share my experience for what it's worth.

Please excuse my lack of knowledge. What does this mean? The sync. thing? Does this require being hooked to the pc to charge? Is there a way to charge it using the wall outlet? Any extra accessories that would be helpful? Thanks so much!
  4. Question: Last year I bought an Ipod refurb. only to learn from my son that there was a first and second generation. I bought a first generation. He was disappointed. Is there anything like this in a Zune? I guess I haven't kept up enough. Anything else about Zune I should know? Thanks!

  6. We went yesterday for the B2G1 free on legos. The ad is a little deceiving. It says All Legos but in reality its only certain ones. We had 2 Star Wars and one Castle. It didn't take anything off. We had 3 different employees that couldn't figure it out either. Finally, a 4th one looked at the ad and noticed Star Wars were not included. Needless to say, I put all of those and a few other items down and left. It wasn't the employees fault and we made sure they knew that. I was disgusted with the whole ad thing. It lists in smaller print which ones were included. IMO, they should have said SELECT Legos instead of ALL legos. I will watch the ad and see if it comes again.
  7. I bought a DS from them and bought into their extended warranty. I wont do it again. Getting them to honor that warranty was a HUGE pain! My son was without a DS for 6 weeks while I waited on them to play around with me. Probably hoping I would give up. He did eventually getting a check for the purchase price of his DS. HE bought a new one elsewhere! I was in a store not too long ago just browsing. I heard them trying to sell someone the warranty. I wish I had been brave enough to tell them to skip it! This hurt their customer service in my eyes just as if it had happened inside the store. The warranty was still offered by them as part of a service. I wont buy any electronic item from them again.
