I am in NJ and have always received the price I paid back as long as I have my receipt.

Unfortunately this doesn't always work. When they were running the Axe gift card promotion none of my stores' scanners showed the gift card promotion yet I did get the $5 gift card with purchase.

I tried an earlier CA $5 off $20 coupon here in NJ and had no problems at all. It scanned beautifully and I got my savings.

Can I ask where? I'm in Union County, NJ

Actually, that is incorrect. You can buy one item and use five ECB's of different amounts to pay for that one item. If you have a $10 item, you could use a $6 ECB and a $4 ECB at the same time.

I was just going to come and post the same thing. This is not an urban legend or e-mail going around, I actually was charged 69.99 on my credit card by this company and I had not done business with them for over 2 years. I stopped doing business with them because they never credited my account for returns they admitted they received. I did not save my credit card information with them. I had to cancel my card and have a new one re-issued. I would strongly suggest that you avoid purchasing from this company.

I was just going to make the same response. I am in Union County, NJ and have never had a problem returning, even seasonal merchandise, and getting full price as long as I had my receipt. I have returned things obviously seasonal, like returning a Halloween costume in November, and as long as I have my receipt I get the original price I paid. I have seen the other posts and am dreading the day my Targets start enforcing this rule
