  1. People who get into the checkout line and then let their friends and relatives cut into the checkout lines. They will allow one person at a time past them as they wait for the rest of their posse. Then you have multiple full carts of items cutting in front to get them out of the store. I think they send one person to the checkout so they don't have to wait in line when they finally get their stuff.
  2. That used to work at BB. I did it for years. Last year they shut down the Customer Service desk on Black Friday so people couldn't do this anymore. I presume the same strategy will be used again this year. BB has caught on to that trick and now stopped it as of last year.
  3. Wont go to CrapUsa again. Last year, they did not have enough employees there at midnight. Lots of advertised merchandise was not out or never in stock (external HDs were handed out from stock area when they found them). Nobody at the camera/memory desk. Only 2 checkout lines. I walked out since I was shutout on the external HD since it wasn't on the shelf (some people got 2 or 3 as they mobbed the stockroom). Total chaos and not enough staff for the rush. Never again. I did send an email about the problems the following week, and never even got a reply. If you can't have all staff on hand for at least the first 2 hours, don't open before everyone else. There were lots of unhappy campers leaving the store.
